The garden is perfect to play hide-and-seek. The house is large and spacious and good for generational holidays (e.g. grandparents, children and grandchildren) or multi-family vacations. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, pantry, bathroom with bathtub, dining room, fireplace and game room. Upstairs there is a toilet, three bedrooms and a large repos with trapeze.

We had a lovely holiday. You will find everything you need in the accommodation & feel right at home. Very nice decor. The location is quite quiet, except for a small (but nice) farm shop, nothing is within walking distance. Next door there is a yard where bicycles can be rented. We are happy to recommend the Kapitänshaus!

Our family of 4 had a fabulous stay at Michael Og Julie's place. The home was extremely clean and comfortable and had everything we could ever need. It is in a very charming house, and sited at a convenient location, with an easy walk downtown. Our hosts were very welcoming and we felt immediately at home in their home's peaceful setting. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kirsten's! The place was just as charming as described – quietly located, with direct access to the lake and perfectly equipped for our fishing trip. Particularly nice was the possibility to go on the water by canoe and rowboat directly from your own property. Kirsten is an exceptionally warm and helpful host. She provided us with all the important information in advance, was always available and took care of everything with so much attention to detail – from boat licenses to maps. Just great! The house was cozy, clean and had everything we needed – including a well-equipped kitchen, freezer and grill. And little extras like firewood were also available. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime! Thank you for everything, dear Kirsten! 🙏🏼

Super good experience. Cozy little apartment with everything you need and with access to the garden. I had an overnight stay for a party. Very welcoming and nice host who greeted me. There were refreshments in the fridge. I'm happy to stay there again, including for several days.
