Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to the city center and station. 300 meters to Næstved Arena, stadium and high school. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, the kitchen, private bathroom, downstairs bedroom with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for poor walking or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There is a small dog at the address, but not in the annex. The garden is perfect for playing hide and seek. The house is large and spacious and good for a multi-generational vacation (e.g. grandparents, children and grandchildren) or multi-family vacations. On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen, pantry, bathroom with bathtub, dining room, fireplace and playroom. Upstairs there is a toilet, three bedrooms and a large repos with trapeze.
