Welcome to live next door to moose and deer. In this little cozy house, you live on your own plot at the top of Frejs Backe. The plot has a large balcony around three sides of the house, with sun for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At the house there is a large lawn suitable for play and games. The surroundings consist of meadows and beautiful forest. 200 meters to the swimming jetty and 800 meters to the cliffs and beach in the evening sun. The kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge & freezer and microwave. One bedroom has a bunk bed and in the living room there is a wood-burning stove.

Newly built house with year-round standard in beautiful Västernäs village. Here you can live comfortably with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fully tiled bathroom with shower and water toilet, washing machine, and three large bedrooms (3 x 2 beds) as well as a living room with two sofa beds. Large leafy plot with trampoline and two private patios with barbecue grill. Some lake view and walking distance to shared swimming. The house is located in charming Västernäs with nice old houses, gravel roads and pastures with grazing animals, on beautiful Rådmansö (car road).

Lean back and relax in this nice & charming cottage. Approximately 400 meters to the sea bay & a small swimming area. Here, you will enjoy nature, walks & just being. In the summer, there is a barbecue & outdoor furniture on the private balcony. A rowing boat is available to borrow one day on request. There is a 120 cm bed & a sofa bed, drapery for the bedroom. No smoking, no pets due to allergies. Sheets & towels are not included but can be added for 150 SEK per person The house is close to the main house where we live permanently.

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.
