Beautiful architect-designed cottage with the Gudenå river as a neighbor. A great place to relax and enjoy vacation and leisure. The place is located at the end of a quiet cottage area and consists of a main house and an annex with a sauna. The garden is shielded with hedges from the road and neighbors, and a wild fence from the Gudenå river. There are three terraces where there is always a sunny or a shady space. Common to the cottage area is a green area down to the Gudenåen river where it is possible to take a dip from the bridge. (However, there is a lot of current in the river).

Lovely apartment with large bright living room, balcony, hallway, bedroom with continental bed 160x200, duvets 220 cm long, bathroom and kitchen. Close to forest (about 300 m), beach (about 3 km) and city (city center about 5 km from the apartment). Quiet property with nice neighbors. Child-friendly area with forest right next door and many playgrounds. Free parking in front of the block. The car can be seen from the apartment. There is lockbox. Towels and linens freshly laundered in hypoallergenic laundry detergent.

Guest house

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. From the top floor of the home, there are great views of the fields and forests, where we often see deer and other animals. Eat out when the weather permits at the lovely garden furniture set right outside the door. There are sleeping spaces on each floor, so if you are two couples, or two colleagues, or parents and older children, you can sleep separately. We have agriculture, so there is the possibility of spotting a tractor or other agricultural machinery in action.

Countryside vacation apartment

Cozy 1st floor apartment on our farm, located in rural surroundings. The home is centrally located in East Jutland, 18 km from Aarhus C and 9 km from the access road to the E45 motorway. The apartment has a south/east-facing terrace, where you can grill or light a fire. There is room for four guests with the possibility of extra beds. We have a sweet, child-friendly and calm dog, as well as four tame cats, who roam freely on the property. The dog and cats are not allowed in the apartment.

Rummelig og rolig lejlighed, lige ud til marker og eng. Et stenkast fra Clausholm-skovene og Clausholm Slot. Nyd naturen, nyd haven med frugttræer og bålsted- ja, nyd livet på landet lige uden for Voldum. En livlig landsby med dagligvarebutik, skole og sportshal. 10 min fra E45, 30 min til Århus centrum, 15 min til Randers. 30 min til Mols Bjerge. Lejligheden er indrettet i den ene ende af vores landhus. Da vores vaskemaskine er i lejligheden, vil vi efter aftale med dig benytte den.

25 min from Aarhus city center, this apartment is located on a disused farm. In it you will be close to the city, on the beach, on Djurs summerland and many other sights here in Midtjylland. When you drive into the courtyard, you will see the cozy courtyard and orangery with a wood-burning stove that you can enjoy and the children can play in the large garden. The apartment has a bedroom, living room with a nice sofa bed and a smaller kitchen and a nice bathroom with toilet!

Brand new studio house in a quiet and beautiful area 5 km away from Aarhus center. Public transportation (bus and train) can be taken 300 m away, and the closest supermarket is 400 m away. The house counts with everything you need for a comfortable stay, with a complete kitchen and toilet, sofa bed of 1.4x2m, internet, smart TV with Netflix and HBO Max, towels, bed linen and much more. There is a direct access to a 800m2 garden. Only small dogs allowed (<10 kilo).

There is a stream along the garden, a fire pit and the possibility of spending the night outdoors under a roof. The house is 196 m2 on two floors with 2 bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen. 4 bedrooms with 6 beds in total. The home is located in hilly terrain suitable for cycling. The bike race Rondevanborum runs past the house every spring.
