Large windows with views of the spindle fjord and height under the roof make nature close by. Shared jetty with its own boat space you will find about a 2 min walk down to the sea. There you can swim from the jetty. If you rent a boat, it is right out in a varied archipelago with good fishing opportunities. Beaches are about 15 minutes away towards Lista. 10 minutes by boat/car to the city center.

The cabin is located right next to lovely Haviksanden. Lovely view and windshielded by the cabin. A short walk along cozy private pathway leads down to the long, white beaches. The seaside is especially known for its good conditions for wave surfing. Large lawn area around the cabin Great hiking areas in the area. Proximity to, among other things, Lista Lyr, Nordberg fort, Farsund city centre.

Lovely little cabin in forests. Solar panel (can run empty) gas and outhouse Full kitchen, dining table and sofa. Water must be collected in a well. Wood included. There is a rowboat used over the water. Or trail in the forrest. At the cabin we put drinking water in 5 liter cans, coffee and tea. (Water in well as well) We have upgraded with the opportunity of charging mobile in usb contact hanging in kitchen hook. We have changed a boat, this one is easy to row. Access to travel crib for the smallest children. Mainly a summer cottage.

Furthermore, the cabin is built for family use, but is rented out in anticipation of our children to use this. The cabin is located in a cultural-historical area from the sailing and cape era. There are good hiking possibilities nearby, close proximity to stunning sandy beaches. Farsund is a charming southern village and the Lista peninsula has a unique landscape.

Small laundry room with washing machine. Swimming water approx. 150 meters from the cabin and the sea within walking distance. Possibility to rent a boat at the nearby holiday center.

Cottage with amazing views

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. From the cabin there are beautiful views of Farsund and the archipelago. There are a short distance to several marked hiking trails, fishing spots, Farsund and the beautiful list beaches. The cabin includes a fire pit, large terrace with outdoor furniture as well as a crib on request. Some wood for firing is included and extra firewood may be provided against charges. We have great local knowledge and are happy to contribute with wishes and tips. Welcome to us!

Charming little cottage in Farsund

We are renting our cabin of about 60 sqm. The cabin contains 3 bedrooms. 1 of the bedrooms is also used as an extra living room and you have to go through this to get to the other two bedrooms. Here is a sofa bed. Room 2 contains a bunk bed (3 beds), and room 3 contains 2/3 beds. In addition, the cottage has its own house. However, this is not a window. The cabin is furnished with what you need for a good stay. Duvets and pillows are available at the cabin, but the tenant brings their own bed linen and towels.

Welcome to our lovely cottage, in a quiet area with amazing views! Here you can have a quiet holiday surrounded by great nature and sun from morning to evening. Short distance to both swimming and fishing on the cabin field pier or at Open Camping. 15-20 min drive to Farsunds town, a cozy little town with a few shops in the city itself and a small shopping center. Several lovely beaches along the entire Lista coast worth experiencing. 1.5 hour drive to Kristiansand, nearest airport - Kjevik.

New and modern cabin of 125 m2 with high standard. The cabin has 6 bedrooms and fits both one, two and three families. Nice outdoor area with spacious terrace. It is located a few meters from the sea with access to a large communal dock, a small beach, boat space and good fishing opportunities. Possible to rent a small boat. Great hiking opportunities in the area. Perfect for all seasons. Here everything is set up for a relaxing cabin holiday in the archipelago in Southern Norway.

The stay at Hausvikstrand was fantastic. The house is beautiful, spacious and comfortably furnished. The view from the whole house is stunning. We looked from the living room to the sea and to the entrances of the surrounding fjords. It was quiet and we enjoyed the setting sun and passing ships. In short: a very successful stay.

For those of us who brought adult children and small grandchildren, this was a great place that we are happy to recommend. Nice location and great cabin with a nice common area with the sea. Absolutely excellent and when we also got nice southern weather, this was a lovely holiday week in the Farsund area.

A spacious outdoor terrace features two comfortable chairs and a small table, all made of woven material. A gas heater provides warmth, enhancing the cozy atmosphere. Large glass doors open from the cabin, allowing for a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.

Cozy cabin with a sea view

We had a wonderful week in the cabin and would definitely recommend it. You can explore a lot in the area or simply relax on site. The cabin has a wonderful terrace and you can look at the water very nicely. We explored the fjord with our SUPs and saw seals.

Peaceful and beautiful at Helle

It's a little hidden gem between Lyngdal and Farsund. Here you live secluded and peaceful with your own jetty, rowboat and kayaks at your free disposal. In the yard between the main house and the water house you will find a storage room with opportunities to light the fireplace on rainy days. There are and cube games, bikes and everything you would need for a great stay. We took a short walk down to Farsund Resort which is a 20 min walk from the cabin, where you can get a dose of tourist experiences as you want this. We would love to come back to this place. Recommended !!!

Great place with a lovely view, nicely decorated and with a large outdoor area. Was a bit difficult to find, but easy to connect with the host for help. Very nice communication.

Tina's great house is well located for beautiful trips in the area (Lista Fyr, Skrelia, Loshavn). Terrace with beautiful views over the Åptafjord. The house is perfectly furnished and very spacious. We will be happy to come back! Thank you for the wonderful time.

I have been to various countries in Airbnbs and must say that Karin's Hytte was perhaps the most special and great accommodation. Where should I start? The cottage is at least as beautiful and large as in the photos. The amenities & the existing equipment are amazing - there is nothing important that Karin's Hytte does not have! Here I have to emphasize that the free products (flour, spices, etc.) exceed everything I've seen on air bnb so far. Really, really great!! And then there's the amazing outdoor area and the view...this is 100x more awesome than in the photos! We will never forget the view of the valley and the fjord - it was absolutely amazing. Karin is also always available and responds quickly and helpfully to any questions. We are at a loss for words for our week in Åpta. You are very much on your own in the area, you have to want that. But you can't live more beautifully! 10/10 ❤️
