This is a tremendous, modern house, spotlessly clean and airy, in a quiet neighborhood with great views out into the harbor. Everything is new, and everything works perfectly. Restaurants (including the lovely Cafe MorMor) are a short drive away. Internet was exceptionally fast, and if you want it, you can pay to use the hot tub beside the house. It’s a superb property and a super value, especially for a small to medium size group.

Lovely home, short distance to the beach, quiet surroundings. We were 6 adults, grandparents with children, in-laws and 4 grandchildren, very suitable.

The spaces were great - lot's of various rooms to gather. Beds were very comfortable. Entire place was very clean. Would highly recommend this place.

I definitely recommend it! Ketty is a very communicative host, check-in was very smooth, the house looked exactly as described. Great location if you have your own car - a great base for exploring the Faroe Islands.

The accommodation is new and perfect, in excellent taste, equipped with every comfort. It is located in a residential neighborhood on the edge of the city, in a strategic position both for visiting Tronshavn and as a starting point for the rest of the island. Quiet and with restaurants and a supermarket nearby, parking in front of the entrance. A truly impeccable place, pleasant to live in even inside, perhaps preparing a dinner at home and relaxing on the sofa enjoying the view. Rani is a great host, present and precise in his directions. It's a shame to leave :) highly recommended

This place is absolutely lovely - cozy historic cabin vibes but with all the modern amenities you need. Fantastic location too!

It's a really nice house near the harbour. Rustic in the good way. No fancy stuff. But everything you need to cook, relax and slow your life rythm. I felt quickly like at home. It's quite far from the "main" island (the one with torshavn). You will need to take a 2 hours ferry and then drive 10 minutes to get there. But Suduroy really deserve a few days. Nice hikes and beautiful sceneries.

It was an older but very nice house with an incredible view. The house was clean and cosy and met all our expectations.

We had a lovely stay! Lovely property and what was so nice was that it felt like a home. Slept so well really comfortable beds and nattering in the hot tub at the end of the day was lovely! hosts were great and really communicative.

The view from Steinbjorn’s home is quite possibly the most beautiful vista I have experienced anywhere in the World. They say location is everything, and I don’t believe my experience of the Faroe Islands would have been as good had I stayed anywhere else. The solitude of Elduvík was perfect for my solo mountain biking trip, the pink sunsets at Midnight incredible, and the hot tub after a few hours on the bike the icing on the cake. The lounge and dining room are spacious and well appointed, the kitchen clean and well provisioned. I had the pleasure of meeting Steinbjorn when I arrived at the house. He is a friendly chap and is clearly proud of his home. Communication with him both prior to, and during my trip was superb, lots of recommendations for places to visit, and information regarding the village. Steinbjorn was also very attentive to any queries I had whilst at the house. I could not have hoped for a better experience.
