On the ground floor there is the hallway, the living room and the kitchen, which was carefully renovated two years ago. There are views of the lake and the high mountains from the windows.

This special home is very well insulated and warm, and it is equipped with underfloor heating, which is very comfortable and warm in cold temperatures. It is close to the sea and at the end of a cul-de-sac. The home is a total of 20 m2, and is a room with kitchen and beds plus a modern bathroom with shower with plenty of hot water. The house was built in 2010 with an old traditional Faroese style. It has 1 bedrooms, a toilet, kitchen and a living room, all with a fantastic view.
