Large, luxurious and serene living space with free off street parking. The loft conversion is extensive covering entire length of extended bungalow and comes with private entrance & bath. The master bedroom has a super king size bed, another sofa bed and a lounge area with TV. The second room has a bath, kitchenette and dining area. The sofa bed here provides further sleeping flexibility. Kitchenette has tea/coffee facilities, toaster, microwave & mini fridge-freezer but no cooking facilities.

UPDATE 1st NOV 2025 - Airbnb have now moved their fee onto the host which has inflated the quoted price but the overall cost has NOT changed. A 19th Century updated character cottage with many beams and a vaulted ceiling to the main bedroom. Also available (on request) is a third cosy separate twin bedroom accessed off the garden providing two single beds and WC. It is two minutes walk from the thriving village of Hartley Wintney and is the perfect getaway! Dogs welcome (£25 fee payable).

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. It's completely private and has all the amenities of Farnborough right on your doorstep. Please note the bed is a small double not a full sized double and there is a trainline that runs behind us. Free Netflix, parking and kitchen appliances including an air fryer.

Open plan kitchen to vaulted reception/dining room with folding doors to sunny patio. 2 pubs, village shop and M&S food all within 1 mile walking on country footpaths.
