Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Faribault

One of the rare times I felt the place looked better than the photos! I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again when in Minneapolis. I felt right at home, it was clean, comfortable bed, easy check-in. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, the university, Stone Arch Bridge. Very good value for the price I paid. Note that there isn’t a washer/dryer in unit, rather the building had a room, use quarters.

My parents stayed here and loved it! Terri and Brett went above and beyond for anything they needed while staying there. We will definitely be staying at one of there places when we come back in 3 months.

I would rate a 10 if it was an option. I stayed for over a week and Berni's place worked out perfect in so many ways. It had everything I needed including plenty of space to store my things in the kitchen and bedroom. The place and furniture were well taken care of and the linens were clean and fresh. The place flowed very well so I always felt like I was in a home versus a 'space'. The location was peaceful, very walk-able, close to a local trail that interconnected with the city, and I felt very safe in the area. Berni was an amazing host, very personable, and responded very quickly when I reached out to her. I felt very welcome (including the delicious bread she left for me at arrival) and she treated me more than a mere airbnb renter. She was quick to recommend places that may be of interest to me as well. I would definitely stay again. In fact, her place is going on the top of my list.

Loved staying here with my family while dropping in for a quick visit in the twin cities. The lakes district is absolutely stunning, the architecture of the surrounding neighborhoods is hypnotizing. Staying here you’re located on a block away from Cedar lake and within striking distance of downtown MPLS. If you’re a runner/walker/biked the trail access is incredible. Access to the backyard area is quite nice in the summer as well! Thanks for hosting our lovely weekend! Cheers.

We loved this place - the parking was so convenient and the large windows over the street were the absolute best selling point. Bathroom was clean and we felt comfortable. Just FYI, the apartment is upstairs so just be aware if you have heavy luggage but it was all good! Would stay again

Michael’s place was very clean and very cozy. It was a short walk to everything downtown and parking was a snap. We would surely try to stay here again on our next Mankato trip.

Had a great 3 night stay! The apartment was comfortable and felt safe. The neighborhood was great- walkable and some delicious recommended restaurants nearby. Would definitely suggest for solo travelers or couples!!

Great space! Its was actually larger than what we were expecting. Great space for hosting, very clean and had enough kitchen supplies to prepare meals.

I was in town with a friend for a conference. Staying at Lisa's AirBnb was so much better than staying in a local hotel. The AirBnb was exactly as described, clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. It is near campus but in a quiet area. I would recommend it to anyone visiting their kids who are studying at the U of M in Mankato. Very pleased!

We had a very pleasant stay here. The house is situated near a major highway, so it's easy to get around by car - but it's also far enough away that there is no traffic noise at all and it is very peaceful and private. Everything was clean! It's a great place for hanging out with a group, especially if you are watching a game - TVs are everywhere, including on the deck outside. The kitchen/living/dining is spacious, with plenty of room for people to circulate. The primary bedroom is right off of the kitchen, so it's probably better for people who want to go to bed earlier than others to sleep in the other bedrooms. The kitchen is very well outfitted and has plenty of counter space; if you are going to cook, it's ready for you. There's also a man cave in the garage and an auxiliary hangout area near the bedrooms that's a great spot for a kids. While the directions for finding the house are clear, you will do best if you can arrive in daylight; it's a little tricky in the dark.

Kasson and Dodge Center were my shared hometowns when I was growing up in the 1950s and 1960s. This was a trip from Texas to show my new wife where I grew up and to meet a bunch of my family for the first time. It was a wonderful visit, thanks in no small part to staying in Marlo's home. Marlo, your home was beyond our expectations. It's period decor and feel was very much like the home I grew up in, two and a half miles away, over fifty years ago. Unlike many Airbnb homes we have stayed in, this home was exactly as advertised. There were no disappointments at all. The home was spotlessly clean, exquisitely decorated and updated where needed, a wonderfully supplied kitchen with lots of good quality pots and pans, dishware, appliances, and etc. Most Airbnb homes are supplied with someone's thrown out stuff......not Marlo's. We would highly recommend Marlo's home if it is in your itinerary's locale. It definitely feels like home. Great job Marlo and Maggie! Thank you!

This was the perfect place to celebrate my child’s college graduation. It’s a beautiful house. Very comfortable beds and great layout. Fun to be able to listen to records and sit on the front porch. Great place. Thank you so much for making the graduation weekend so memorable!

This is one of the most beautiful Airbnb locations we have ever seen! Beautiful trees, large pond, big sky with gorgeous sunsets, 5-acre property. We saw copious wildlife -- all kinds of birds including ducks, egrets, humming birds, woodpeckers and large birds of prey; badgers, frogs, rabbits and deer. The lodge is a gorgeous renovation with lovely wooden interior and lots of windows. The kitchen is modern and in pristine condition. Truly winning experience for adults and families. (The house is not child-proofed and has staircases between levels, not ideal for small children.)

Kristen’s place is charming and in a great location. The bed was super comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves very much. We absolutely recommend this place.

We had a great time at Brooke’s place. Instructions provided were clear and very helpful. The older kids in our group especially loved the arcade games and kayaks. For younger kiddos or anyone unsteady on their feet, the deck does not have a railing and there are a few wobbly bricks on the way down to the sand. We appreciated the life jackets, sand toys, and fire pit. With the lake, the beach, and the activities, there was something for everyone.

We stayed for a month and felt right at home. It was perfect for my husband and I and our grandkids were able to visit. Great location, we walked downtown almost every day. I really appreciated a months worth of garbage bags, dishtabs and other essentials. The beds are comfortable and the sofa and chair were nice.

We had a great stay! A little bump getting in at first, but the hosts were very helpful and responsive and made sure that we made it in successfully and that there were no further issues!!

My husband and parents and I were in town for the weekend to visit our daughter. The area was perfect and centrally located for us. The condo was clean and well kept. Jason was very responsive to questions I had regarding parking. I just wish the weather would have nicer to use the outdoor deck! I would say the only downfall (and no fault of the owner) is that it was a bit noisy at night with people outside. However, when going to a city that is expected.

This was a very cute place, I can definitely see it being a fun place for a large group! The trains could be a little noisy at night, but that can’t be helped. Earplugs are an easy solution for light sleepers. Otherwise, this was such a cute and unique standout from so many other airbnbs in this area.

Such a wonderful, comfortable, cozy, and functional space! In addition to being supremely comfortable, unique, and comforting, the condo was extremely functional and well thought-out. Owner has clearly given tremendous attention to detail, as this place was missing NONE of the creature comforts that are so often absent from other AirBnB listings. This was easily one of the best AirBnB listings we've ever experienced. We could've been completely happy hunkering down and staying indoors to enjoy this place. The fact that there are also so many restaurants, shops, and quaint small town attractions within blocks of the front door made it all that much better. We will look for an opportunity to come back to this place very soon!

We had an excellent stay at Lisa's beautiful home! It is on the ground floor but there are some stairs to reach it (back door has 6 steps down), which Lisa kindly let me know prior to booking. The location is extremely convenient and quiet, the neighborhood seemed very safe and private as well. Lisa's home was pristine with plenty of supplies for cooking and plenty of places to sit and relax. The bed was super comfortable, on the softer side but still supportive and there were black out curtains in every room which let us sleep very well. The bathroom was spotless with soft towels and Lisa had very thoughtfully left some small amenities such as toothbrushes and make up wipes etc which was an extra kind touch. The decor was awesome with lots of books and art and Lisa had left little notes everywhere explaining how her home worked and also giving interesting information! I would stay again and would highly recommend! Thank you so much again Lisa!!
