Apartment Nowotschin

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

Centrally located, you can reach the pedestrian zone, the train station, the Bavarian Zugspitzbahn, the Olympia Eissportzentrum and the Alpspitz-Wellenbad in just a few minutes. Our apartments are individually and modernly equipped in an alpine style and, in addition to a wonderful view, have every comfort.

The mini apartment "Stanzetta" for up to 2 people (about 25 m²) is located on the ground floor of a Bavarian apartment building in a very quiet and well-kept environment. The practically furnished 1-room apartment with its own bathroom and kitchenette was completely renovated in 2024 and now appears with lots of wood. Due to the size, it is more suitable for short stays.
