Many shops including grocery stores, tourism information, train station and the Passionplay theatre can be reached comfortably by foot. The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, a private outside sitting area, parking space. The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

The vacation home "Unter'm Fricken" is located in the beautiful Werdenfelser Land in the village of Farchant. The newly renovated house is located on the Föhrenheide, a natural quiet place to relax, hike and cycle. Enjoy the view of the Alpine region from the terrace or balcony. Feel at home with up to 7 people on over 100 square meters of living space. The classic ski resort in Garmisch-Partenkirchen or the Zugspitze are only 15 minutes away by car.

Quiet vacation apartment

The apartment is located in the basement and offers the perfect starting point for a vacation in the mountains – in a central location, but still in a quiet environment. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network on the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m and bathroom accessories are provided for you.
