Very nice apartment in a luxurious and very well maintained and quiet residence. Very pleasant environment. My only disappointment is the jacuzzi, which I didn't use because of the water quality.

Very nice apartment with plenty of space and great views. Good kitchen & equipment, garage, small gym etc. The apartment complex is quiet and well kept, neighbors seem to be retired people. Helpful & friendly host, local tips, flexible check-in and out. Very good experience and recommended for people looking for a nice, quality apartment in a peaceful area!

Alejandro was a fantastic host - he was helpful, responsive and accommodating. We had a late flight going in and Alejandro was accommodating with meeting us late. At the end of the trip Alejandro accommodated our late check out so we could use facilities. A fantastic host always on hand to help! The duplex and its facilities were clean.

I've stayed at many Airbnb flats and this was the best by quite a margin, despite being very reasonably priced. Almost everything was perfect and there were some excellent unexpected bonus features such as kitchen scales, sun lotion and after-sun, beach towels and a brilliant little supermarket next door. Communications were superb too; Anna always responded very quickly, was very flexible and accommodating to my needs when my flight time changed and was then perfect host. The only minor issue was the twice-daily struggle to find somewhere to park, but I always got a spot after waiting a little while. Perhaps it was just because it was the Easter break? I would definitely stay here again or at one of Anna's other places. Very highly recommended.

Lovely comfortable apartment, as described. Everything we needed was in the flat. Plenty of keys were provided. Location excellent. Easy checkin. Peaceful & quiet. Communication was great. Thanks a lot. Hope to visit again :)

It’s a very cosy apartment and perfect for couples. We stayed for 2 nights and had a lovely stay. They were really responsive and the apartment was neat and clean. The location is quiet and the apartment has an amazing pool which on sunset looks amazing.

Arturo’s place was perfect , very clean and had a very comfortable bed . The apartment matched the photos and would highly recommend . Great location close to restaurants and bars .

It was a nice stay with Yves. The apartment was also well suited for our 1.5 year old son. With the car you were everywhere in no time and you can discover the island well. All communication went well and we look back very positively on our time in the apartment.

Perfect location, both for walking in Los Cristianos and Las America. Supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. I mainly moved on foot, and I used the bus to and from the airport. Everything is perfect. Terrace that can be used at any time of the day, apartment equipped with all comforts. I felt at home.

Very nice and functional apartment. We set up an office and workplaces so we could work for the 2 weeks we were in Maria's apartment. There were really good tables and chairs, and the layout of the apartment was perfect for this purpose. The apartment is modernized and has a newer bathroom, a well-appointed kitchen/living room and a very nice balcony. There are a few minor downsides to the apartment, such as a very small fridge as well as a very soft bed. I wrote this to Maria, and she has said it will be fixed. One last thing to consider is that the apartment is in the part of the building that is near the road, so there may be some noise. But no big problem. We slept well at night anyway.

first of all the host is very friendly, which is very important for us considering other experiences. the apartment was very clean and the host took care of details as home perfumes, extra bed linen, everything you need as your home. the terrace it s also nice relaxing. the neighbourhood is like a fairy tale and super quiet. nice beach restaurant&bar just 5 minutes walking from the location. and 2 minutes away, supermarket. we had a very nice stay, happy that we chose Marina’s apartment. thank you

We have just returned from a week staying at this property. From initial enquiry - check out Ruth was very friendly , helpful and available if needed. Ahead of going we received clear video instructions for collecting the key / entering the property and information about the apartment itself. As well as links to local attractions/ restaurants. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood with views of the mountain. It was a clean place with all the things you would need for a stay. Even little pots of olive oil which came in very handy ! The building has a lift which is very helpful especially with cases. Ruth recommended we took a taxi to the apartment as it's a bit hard going with cases. We took a bus and she was right it was a bit of a hill arriving but the bus stop is just a few mins away which is very convenient from the airport. It also was only 10-15 mins walk to the beach / shops and restaurants. We also particularly enjoyed the restaurant "k-vegan" which was local !

Super place to stay with very special views from the private balcony. Beds a bit hard but everything else was perfect. Will book again!

Good communication with Tomás at all times. The house is perfect for spending a few days with friends The only thing to note is that it is necessary to have a car to get there, but getting around in taxis can be costly. I would repeat and recommend staying

Beautiful villa with everything you might need when on holidays. We had a great time and loved the location. Close enough to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Host is very responsive and helpful. Every request was immediately addressed. Thanks for a super lovely stay!

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning surroundings and the impeccable attention to detail in the property. Amazing villa Place was very very clean it has everything you need. Swimming pool was lovely and warm. Great for pictures if you post on social media etc. love the kitchen area as a chef. I love the privacy the bbq grill outside and toilet outside so you don’t have to keep going back inside the home Amazing host I bothered him so much just asking so much questions and but he replied instantly Location Taxi Is like 60€ to Siam park 75€ to the city where all the action is. 15€ to the local beach which is quite private but really really hot and nice restaurant soon as you walk in. But the local petrol station & supermarket the people are lovelyyyy. An I meet a local woman taxi who was our personal driver for few days and she was lovely. Just two things don’t really get sun for to long at this location and need more heaters as it gets bit chilly Thank you xxx
