This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

The modern apartment in Mare Verde residence is located in the center of the popular Costa Adeje area, next to the beaches Torviscas and Playa Fanabe, restaurants, stores, pharmacies. The flat is on the second floor. It is very well furnished with air conditioners and a safe box. It has two bedrooms with king-size beds, a bathroom, an open-plan kitchen, a living room with a sofa and a terrace. Internet connection and Smart TV are provided free of charge. The complex has several swimming pools.

Our new studio "Altamira 227" is located on the first sea line, right on Playa del Duque beach with spectacular sea views of the beach, La Gomera and the well-kept pool area in the tropical garden of the "Residencia ALTAMIRA." The studio offers a cozy living room with dining area, a double bed, a luxurious leather couch, flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi and a terrace with comfortable rattan seating furniture and sun lounger. An open kitchen and bathroom with all extras are connected.

Located only 15Km from TFS airport, it's 30Km from Los Cristianos and 48Km from the capital. Just 2km to a choice of over 10 excellent fish restaurants in Tajao. The ideal spot to explore the rest of the island.

Blancomar is an apartment created with a lot of love to make days on the island of Tenerife unforgettable. Located in the Orlando 85 Complex, just an 8-minute walk to Fañabé Beach. The complex has 2 swimming pools (and a 3rd with access for children only), a pool bar, a tennis court and a soccer field, as well as a self-service laundry. We believe that rest is essential, therefore, the apartment has air conditioning in the living room and sound insulation.

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems another, slower. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.
