The station provides fast direct links to Edinburgh and Glasgow City Centres in approx 20 min. Falkirk town centre, with its many quality restaurants, cocktail bars, shopping centres, is just a short 5 min walk. The property is a wonderfully presented self-catered traditional ground floor apartment, private entry, free on street parking.

Welcome to my bright, studio flat with private entrance. The flat has great views over countryside, while being only 1km from Motorway junctions to Glasgow/Edinburgh, and 1km from Larbert Train Station. Parking space, (off-street) at the front of the property for guests to use , great dedicated WiFi, kettle with coffee/tea/water and breakfast snacks all provided, a microwave, crockery, and a fridge to allow you to prepare food/eat-in. Expect exceptional levels of cleanliness!
