The sole hut is located in a small private paddock at the back of our farm in the village of Banton. Compact, warm, cosy house in a quiet residential area overlooking a small park. The house is simply and stylishly furnished. There is a small garden where you can enjoy eating out in warmer weather. In spring and summer the garden is filled with herbs and flowers. You'll usually find a few books in the hall and you're welcome to take any you like the look of. Easy access by rail and road to Edinburgh, Glasgow, and central and southern Scotland. 15 minutes drive to Edinburgh airport.

Welcome to my bright, studio flat with private entrance. The flat has great views over countryside, while being only 1km from Motorway junctions to Glasgow/Edinburgh, and 1km from Larbert Train Station. Parking space, (off-street) at the front of the property for guests to use , great dedicated WiFi, kettle with coffee/tea/water and breakfast snacks all provided, a microwave, crockery, and a fridge to allow you to prepare food/eat-in. Expect exceptional levels of cleanliness!
