Bei der Kernsanierung vor 5 Jahren wurde praktisch alles, bis auf die alte Dachkonstruktion die der Wohnung viel Charme und Wärme verleiht, erneuert. Die Vorteile der Wohnung sind die ruhige Lage bei gleichzeitiger Zentrums- und Bahnhofnähe (10 Gehmin.), der grosszügige Wohnraum, 1 privater Parkplatz + öffentlichen Parkplätzen vor der Tür und die Nähe zur Natur mit dem Landesgartenschaugelände.

Large, beautiful attic flat with 2 balconies

Unsere große und schöne Ferienwohnung mit zwei Balkonen befindet sich im sehr ruhig gelegenen und naturbelassenen Au bei Lofer umgeben von den Loferer Steinbergen und der Loferer Alm. Im Sommer kann man von uns aus direkt losradeln oder wandern. Der Tauernradweg und auch der Jakobsweg führen direkt an uns vorbei. Im Winter ist man mit dem Auto in nur 6 Minuten an den Parkplätzen zum Skigebiet Loferer Alm. Zum Zentrum von Lofer sind es entweder 6 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 45 Minuten zu Fuß.

Im Haus befindet sich eine großes Hallenbad, ein Fitnessraum und ein Tischtennisraum, welche unserer Gäste gratis benützen dürfen. Wlan in der Wohnung. Im Sommer (Mai-Oktober) erhalten sie die Saalachtaler Sommercard gratis.

Sehr gemütliche und schöne Unterkunft. Wir haben am gleichen Tag gebucht, also sehr kurzfristig und hat trotzdem alles sehr gut geklappt. Anreise am späten Abend war problemlos möglich. Christina antwortet sehr schnell. Wir waren in Lofer zum Skifahren. Tiefgarage und Skikeller waren auch super.

De hosts zijn erg vriendelijk. Het appartement was ruim, en schoon. Voor ons zoontje waren die dieren die vlak bij het appartement, een heuse attractie. Elke ochtend en avond even bij de kippen, koeken en eendjes kijken. Schitterende omgeving, kan er mooie wandeling maken. En met de auto ben je op veel mooie plekken in no-time. Zeker een aanrader.

Martina's place was easy to find and has beautiful surroundings. There's plenty of parking space and the place is just 30 mins to the nearby attractions. Martina's communication and instructions for check in were also very clear. Will recommend this place and rebook if I go again.
