The upgraded kitchen features granite counters and lots of prep area for those family vacation meals. The master bath has a soaking tub with a separate walk-in shower. Secondary suite has a King guest room with private bath. The third guest room has two bunks (twin over full). Pier is shared with our neighbor to the south, it is NOT a community pier. Enjoy the private beach, which is ideal for the kids and pups alike. There is a fenced kennel for the pups.

A private heated pool is visible on the deck, surrounded by railings. Beyond the pool, expansive sandy beaches and the ocean can be seen, with gentle waves lapping at the shore. The sky is overcast, adding a serene touch to the coastal landscape.
