Skiing 45 minutes Choice of good restaurants, Great grocery store, all minutes away. Spacious living, In-Law unit located below my home. Separate and completely private. Patio, yard, parking and entry door, all private and separate. Gated security. Sheep and Tortoises live here. Welcome to visit them. I can provide treats to feed.

Our comfortable and quiet guest cottage is set among Ponderosa pines in the Sierra Nevada foothills, 15 minutes from more than 40 Shenandoah Valley wineries. Private tastings can be arranged. The pool is private to our guests and usually open after Memorial Day. About 50 mins to ski areas. The Cottage easily accommodates 2 couples in two bedrooms, each with private bathroom. EV charging is available - additional fee. The deck is great for outside dining or just enjoying a glass of wine.

With over 50 gorgeous vineyards in striking range (most with adorable tasting rooms), this is a great place to come and unwind! With Wifi and available laundry, this is great for a short stay or long stay! VERY pet friendly! Amador County is rich in history, and has many charming gold rush towns for you to visit.

We have four ponds home to blue herons, wild ducks, geese, turtles, fish, etc. There are fields and wooded areas with many spots to enjoy the outdoors at the property. Unfortunately we don’t receive pets anymore.
