It has a very comfortable queen nova-foam mattress with new bedding. The restroom has double sinks with lots of cabinet space. Kitchenette with convection oven, microwave, minifridge and coffee! The living room has a queen pull-out couch. Flat panel TV with Chromeast and cable.

Folsom Lake is 8 miles away, and we’re only an hour from the Boreal Mountain for fun in the snow!

Located a few hundred feet from the Iris gardens at Horton farm, a six acre garden space with over 1400 Iris varieties. Bloom season is April and May. The cottage was built in 1945 on my family's heritage farm. She's located next to the old barn alongside a small Creek. Inside you'll find a fresh colorful landscape of hand made cabinets, concrete countertops and furniture. The heated and Polished concrete floor is ready for farm life. You'll be delighted in the vintage items and local artwork.
