Atypical accommodation, with very beautiful stone, glass pavement and tastefully arranged, too bad that access to the roof terrace was not possible due to the defective Velux... Otherwise everything was perfect!!!

We really appreciated the friendliness and availability of the owners. The accommodation is spacious, access to the pool is a real plus. The place is quiet and peaceful without being too far from the seaside. I would highly recommend it!

We had a pleasant vacation at Jennifer and Aymeric's. The accommodation was faithful to the description and well-equipped. The beaches are about 20 minutes away and I highly recommend the Aresquiers beach. Jennifer and Aymeric were very welcoming and were able to guide us on the best activities with a small binder filled with all kinds of addresses (restaurants, walks, beaches, etc.)

Check-in and check-out were easy. There are clear instructions. On site there was a well-equipped kitchen, with both basics like sugar and flour as well as utensils like different pots and pans, even a crêpe pan :). The pool is small and cold, but it was fun. The house is right next to a large expressway with a toll station, we often had to pay tolls when we went somewhere. Without a car, getting around is not easy, we had to walk at least 20 minutes to the tram, it ran until 0:00, then it only came back at 5:00. The surrounding area is very beautiful, within 40 minutes we were both in the city center of Montpellier and on breathtaking beaches.

Very pleasant stay in Saussan. The studio is very well equipped. The bed is extremely comfortable. Access to a well-equipped terrace is a real plus.

We had a very pleasant stay in this small house with the possibility of parking the vehicle in the enclosed courtyard. In addition, we were able to fully enjoy the pleasant private terrace. Communication with Sylvie and Jean Paul was very friendly, and they were very accommodating for check-in and checkout times. We'll be happy to go back!

One of the best accommodations ever found on Airbnb for a long list of reasons. Anthony was of a rare and extreme kindness from the beginning, accompanying us with great availability for the entire time until our departure. The apartment is equipped with all comforts, with attention to the smallest details, extremely clean, with a wise use of space and good taste in the furnishings. The balcony is a very pleasant relaxation corner to experience. The car park is also very convenient. Quiet and peaceful residence in a very well-served area.

We spent one night in this lovingly designed accommodation and felt very comfortable – as did our little Maltese, who immediately felt at home. The hosts have an eye for detail and the stay was very pleasant. We were particularly enthusiastic about the delicious coffee in the morning – a real highlight! The bed was a little small for our taste, but that seems to be the French standard. We are simply used to larger dimensions – we still slept well. The only small downside was the WiFi, which was unfortunately a bit slow due to the low bandwidth. If you don't necessarily need it, you'll find a wonderful place to relax here. We spent two wonderful weeks at Agnès's place. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. The accommodation is impeccable, clean, tidy and as described. The pool is lovely, the setting is exceptional. This is a true haven of peace. We received great advice from Agnès and her spouse regarding the surrounding places, restaurants and activities in the area. The stay went by way too fast! What a beautiful surprise when opening the door with this beautiful sea view. The accommodation is very nice, tastefully decorated and furnished. The bedding is very comfortable! And what could be nicer than being a short walk to the beach?! Very convenient with kids! I highly recommend this place.

Great stay very nice. Beautiful apartment, really comfortable and well-equipped. We loved the sea view and the view of the ponds on the other side. The residence is quiet and ideally located to go to the center on foot or reach the ponds for beautiful bike rides.

I spent 5 weeks in the apartment for a training course, it's the cleanest and most pleasant I've tested in 6 months in Montpellier! New building, both quiet thanks to double glazing and yet 5 min from the town hall (moulares), well-equipped, good bed (with the mattress topper), beautiful terrace... the host is responsive and understanding, I would recommend it!

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, impeccable cleanliness, incredible smell in the apartment. The terrace is huge with jacuzzi, BBQ, garden furniture… We were able to enjoy the pool without moderation. Morgane is a great host, she thought of everything in the small details. She is also always available and very responsive when needed. The residence is rather well located with several shops as well as the beach nearby. Can't wait to come back!!

We enjoyed the stay. Everything was as described and the instructions were very clear. In addition, the owner is very responsive and professional. The apartment is in very good condition and the decor is neat. The amenities are functional. The only downside is that the GPS didn't quite take us to the residence so we drove around a bit to find it because it's a little set back from the road.

As always, a great stay in this apartment where we have our habits. The apartment is perfectly equipped, clean, comfortable and ideally located for enjoying Sète.
