Welcome to the "Jardin des Oliviers", a haven of peace 10 minutes from Montpellier and 20 minutes from the sea. Your independent accommodation is at the end of the house (inhabited by the owners), on one level, in a 2-hectare park. It includes kitchen, private terrace, garden furniture, 1 bedroom and a living room, which serves as a bedroom (see map). Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. The non-private swimming pool (6x12m) is accessible 5 hours a day (to be defined).

This house on 2 floors is located in the historic center of the village of Fabregues, in an area with very little traffic due to its narrow streets. You will enjoy a house bathed in light, overlooking a very pleasant square where a century-old olive tree stands. All shops are a stone's throw away: bakery, pharmacy, tobacco shop, and the beaches are 15 minutes from the house.

Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of parkland and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you.
