Place has lovely isolationist feel to it if you want to be in a lovely countryside with lots of beautiful mountains scenic views Pool was cosy as well. Loads of wildlife when I was there in end of August Only downside was lack of air-conditioning and distance from car park But it truly was a farmhouse feel in very genuine condition All in all, it was a great experience

We had the pleasure of staying only one day and one night at Joanna's, as they had planned excursions to the Apuan Alps! I state that we know the area very well as well as the town of Casoli and its inhabitants, we were looking for a moment of preparation/break and the apartment was ideal for our purpose. It is a typical mountain house but modernized and really impeccably maintained, spread over 3 floors with a breathtaking view from the window of the master bedroom! All the amenities described were present and the parking area very convenient (parking along the road 50 meters from the center). I also want to clarify that despite being 8 months pregnant, I had no difficulty moving around! We will definitely be back next year in 3, for those who want to take a few days immersed in the greenery of these wonderful lands I would say highly recommended stay!!!

Absolutely fabulous stay in Volegno! Mariangela was a superb host who met us at the bottom of the village to transport our luggage to the apartment. The pictures do not do it justice; everything was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for self catering, a great gas hob, lovely coffee pods for the espresso machine, and the most beautiful terrace overlooking the mountains! We can’t fault our holiday, it was truly special!

Sara and Brian are truly amazing hosts—proactive, kind, and fascinating to talk to. Their home is enchanting, like stepping into a real fairytale. You can feel how much love and care they’ve poured into every detail. It’s one of the most spectacular places we’ve ever stayed in! Not only is the house and the garden magical, but it’s also so practical and thoughtfully equipped, providing everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable. The gym was fantastic, and the house had plenty of space for two families. Even with 2 adults and 4 “monkeys” (our energetic kids), there was room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and celebrating New Year’s Eve with fireworks lighting up the entire region was an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Sara and Brian, for sharing your incredible home with us. We can’t wait to return!!!

This is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. I highly recommend staying here. The villa is beautiful and the surroundings are stunning. The villa, immaculate and well decorated, is perfect for relaxing, with lots of different areas inside and outside to sit or recline, and the pool is perfect for a dip. The owners are really friendly, very helpful and were extremely accommodating to all our needs. The local town of Pescia is pleasant and has all of the amenities you will need to make your stay comfortable, such as a very smart supermarket (Esselunga) just a 3 minute drive away. Pisa, Florence, Lucca and Siena are all within driving distance, or you can take a train from Pescia. I do recommend hiring a car, as this allowed us to take smaller trips to some places that became our favourties, such as Monte Carlo, that would have not been possible without a car. This Airbnb is ideal for couples, romantic holidays, relaxing and exploring Tuscany. Again, it's the best I've ever stayed at!

if you are looking for relaxation and reconciliation with nature it is the right place, in addition to hydromassage and barbecue they complete everything . Super available owner for everything. Great thank you .

The place was really very clean and very nicely located in the mountains. Without (rental)cars but probably not recommended. We were greeted by Rosana, she was always very friendly and very helpful. The pool was very good too. Overall a clear recommendation and always worth a visit.

We spent two beautiful nights in this beautiful house with the crackling wood of the fireplaces, immersed in a fantastic place. Roberta was very responsive and quick to communicate, check-in was very easy with the key in the lockbox and the house exactly matches the description and photos. All rooms and bathrooms are very clean, tidy and cozy. The pellet stove and electric radiators in the rooms gave an extra touch of warmth, but the two fireplaces were already more than enough to heat the entire ground floor. The kitchen is very equipped with utensils and dishes and the cellar is full of wood ready for fireplaces! Campolemisi is a very quiet village, characteristic and immersed in the beautiful nature of Garfagnana. Thank you very much Roberta, we felt right at home... We hope to be back soon!
