Here you have proximity to the city, beautiful nature trails, ice rink, ski trails on the lake. 10 minutes drive to the airport and 2.5 km into the city center by car, bike or nice walking paths. There is an additional cost for electric car charging (type 2 contact 16A), towels and bed linens. Cleaning is done by the tenant before check-out. Cleaning equipment is available. Permanent resident host family lives upstairs but has a separate entrance. Welcome.

Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Access to your own lakeside newly built villa in quiet wooded area at the end of dead end street. Lovely by lake view and horizon. Spacious driveway with free charging for an electric car. Large socializing spaces both inside and out on the terrace in all directions. Gas grill on the patio. 80 meters to the barbecue area down by the water and about 400 meters to a large dock with a beach. 4-5 bedrooms, 2x toilets & showers. Sleeps up to 10 people with extra mattresses and sofa.

Here you are close to beautiful nature trails, golf course and attractions such as Peterson-Bergers Sommarhagen and Frösö Park SPA. It is a 7-minute drive to Åre Östersund Airport and 7 km into Östersund city center. Good bus connections are available with lines 3 and 4. The bus stop is only 100 meters from the apartment and ICA is 2.5 km away at Valla Centrum.

Quiet, modern cabin at the lake Edesjön

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The small house is quietly situated in the forests of Jämtland. There is a paved path on the property for a walk. You can also find a jetty to the lake with a scenic beach for taking a bath in the summer or for cross country skiing, ice skating and ice fishing in the winter. Extensive hikes or bike tours are also possible here. There are many great things to discover in the surrounding nature. We have a boat, SUP Boards and a fishing set to rent.

Mysig fjällstuga med direktanslutning till fjället

Stort charmigt fritidshus på kanten av fjället med en härlig utsikt över Storsjöbygden. I huset finns alla bekvämligheter som gör att boendet blir enkelt och trivsamt. Vintertid är det ett stenkast till skidbacken och tillgång till längdskidspår liksom skoterleder i absolut närhet. Under barmarksäsongen kan man vandra direkt upp på fjället. Bydalsfjällen finns på 20 min bilavstånd med stort utbud av aktiviteter. Efter en dag med aktiviteter är det skönt att koppla av i jacuzzin på altanen.

Poolhus och gästlägenhet

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. En våningssäng, kokvrå och badrum inkl dusch och tvättmaskin i gästlägenheten i garaget med egen ingång. En 160cm dubbelsäng och en barnsäng i närliggande poolhus, inget annat än sängar där. Sängar tot finns alltså för 4 vuxna och ett barn. Resespjälsäng och barnstol finns att låna på begäran. Gäster städar själva innan avresa. Varmvattenberedare. Sängkläder och handdukar samt snabbladdare för elbil finns på begäran mot extra kostnad.

Välkommen till vårt mysiga lillhus! Här bor upp till fyra personer i ett charmigt hus på ca 50 kvm. På 10 minuters promenad når ni Storsjön med badbryggor. Buss tar er till Östersund centrum på ca 15 minuter. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår i priset. Parkering finns på tomten med motorvärmare och elbilsladdare. För barn finns studsmatta, ritgrejer och spel att låna. Ligger på samma gård som airbnb.se/h/villa-nara-ostersund och dessa kan bokas tillsammans. Vi hoppas att ni ska trivas!

Here you will find a charming cottage in a quiet and natural environment. Sauna and barbecue hut on the balcony with majestic views. Ynka 50 meters down to the water. There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake views, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the house. The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.

Cozy cottage on the outskirts of Östersund

Cabin is located on our house with a nice location 15 min drive from Östersund. The cottage has 2 single beds (see photos) and a sofa bed, kitchen, shower/wc. Underfloor heating. Parking in our driveway. Suitable for max 2 people. Our returning guests point out the tranquility/silence & the babbling stream next to the cabin that creates a soothing noise, also points out beautiful views of the lake and mountains and the proximity to the beach.
