There are micro, electric kettle and coffee maker as well as small sprises with oven. Wifi and TV are available. Parking space for one or 2 cars. We have a bright well planned 4-room apt in Klövsjö with a nice view of Klövsjö village. Genuine ski in/ski out, green loop runs right outside the house which will take you down to the lift on 30s. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, spices, oil, dish soap, etc. Drying cabinet, 2 wc, shower and sauna. Heated floors throughout the apartment and storage room. Two parking spaces. 55 "TV with many channels, Tele2 play, Via play and Chromecast. Wi. 500/500. Large hot storage room for skies, ski boots, etc. Smoke and pets free.

Here you are close to the city, beautiful nature trails, ice skating rink, ski tracks on the lake. 10 minutes drive to the airport and 2.5 km into the city center by car, bike or nice walking paths. Cost is added for electric car charging (type 2 connector 16A), towels and bed linen. Cleaning is done by the tenant before checkout. Cleaning equipment is available. Permantet accommodation host family lives upstairs but has separate entry. Well met.

What an absolutely charming little flat! Perfect location, wonderful host. It’s right in town and it had everything we needed. I wish I could rent it out and live there forever! It was good for one or two people. Very cozy. I will definitely stay there again.

The sleeping area contains two sets of white bunk beds, accommodating up to four guests. A window brings natural light into the room, complemented by gray curtains. Two small side tables are positioned beside the beds, and a light-colored area rug adds warmth to the space.

A very cozy apartment in a older block of flats located approx. 15 minutes by foot away from downtown Östersund. Paid parking was pretty cheap (79 SEK for 72 hrs when we stayed). Perfect for a family of 3-5.

BoAlbin and Brita waited for us when we arrived. The cosy and spotless apartment was exactly like advertised, very well equipped and we immediately felt at home in the relatively quiet neighbourhood. It's a 20 minute walk to Staden and a 30 minute walk to Frösön, which gave us a very welcome walk after a whole day on the road. We have no problem recommending both BoAlbin's place and Östersund. Thanks for having us!

Very nice home and host! Our GPS showed a location about 400 meters earlier on the way, but Sven Erik was very helpful and it was very easy to get there. We slept one night when we were passing through and can absolutely imagine staying here again 😊

Very welcoming host, prompt responses, very helpful and friendly. We could not have asked for more. Quiet area, with parking but handy for town & ski area, with a few places to eat nearby, but we cooked for ourselves, very easily in the well equipped kitchen. Only slight downside is just 1 bathroom in the apartment (which may or may not be important to you)
