The flat is located in a converted detached garage. There are beautiful walks near by. Quayside is approx 10 minutes. The flat is self contained. Bathroom & kitchen has all necessities. Upstairs is a generous size with sofa, TV, table & double bed. Please note - the stairs in the property are steep & may not be suitable for some.

PLEASE READ: the cabin is located in a shared space where others will be staying in campervans, touring caravans and tents. Max five pitches. A simple camping cabin. A stay in the country.

The caravan is situated in a private location, 1 mile from the village of Exminster. The mobile home is sited next door to our house, we like to give you privacy but we are also there to help or ask questions about the local area if you need it. It has its own private decked area and parking directly in front of it. We live on a small holding with lots of great outdoor space in the countryside.
