Our charming house is located in Port de Sciez, a 3-minute walk to Lake Geneva. You will enjoy the pleasures of water activities (swimming, pedal boating, paddle boarding, canoeing, sailing, diving...) as well as rest and calm. Close to typical restaurants where you will enjoy fondue, raclette and other Savoyard dishes, not to mention the fish from the lake... The 85 m2 house is located on a 950 m2 lot on which you will find games for your children and a beautiful sheltered terrace.

For leisure, you can go to the small DOUVAINE cinema or a CINE LEMAN type UGC about ten km away on THONON. You will find a Bowling alley with video games and multiple pool tables. In winter, the family resort of HIRMENTAZ is 40 minutes away and AVORIAZ is 1 hour away.

At the foot of the castles of Allinges, in a quiet hamlet 10 minutes from Thonon/Evian, our cottage enjoys a privileged location that will allow you to fully enjoy your stay in the area. To do during the summer: Walks around the cottage to the castles and forest, mountain hikes (Mont Forchat 20 min), swimming in the lake (10 min), entertainment of all kinds in Thonon, Sciez, Evian.

The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a comfortable dining area. The living room gives access to the terrace.

Single-story 50 m2 accommodation for 1–4 people, with private unfenced garden, located in Filly, (Sciez Haute-Savoie), in the heart of Chablais, close to Lake Geneva and the Alps, in a Provençal farmhouse-style house. Warning: electric car charging not possible. We provide bed linens and towels. We kindly ask guests who come in pairs to let us know if they need two beds. Without specification we will prepare the double bed in the bedroom.
