Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Évora District

The house is well located, for those looking for calm and tranquility. It is 3 km from the river beach of Monsaraz, 5 minutes from the village and a few minutes' walk from the Xerez cromlech. It is a spacious, well-decorated, comfortable house, with plenty of light, very well-equipped and that corresponds entirely to the listing on the platform. We felt like coming back! :)

Very clean and well-equipped accommodation, special mention for local products available for purchase in the accommodation (wine and cheese). free street parking Francisco gave us all the info for our arrival. I would recommend it.

Beautiful property inside and out just as advertised. Very comfortable and well decorated. Modern bathrooms and kitchen. Tv with streaming services was a nice touch. Very serene and relaxing outdoor space as well. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Our experience was very very positive! The house is in a beautiful location with a fantastic scenery to look at, from the dining room or from the pool area (we had cold weather and rain unfortunately, the landscape was breathtaking but I am sure using the pool could be a really great experience!). The location is ideal as it’s in a residential area walkable to the many tourist sites. The apt is lovely, and has 2 bathrooms which is handy.

Simple house but with everything you need for a perfect stay. Luís thought of all the details and was always available, as was his father. We loved the stay and will certainly be back

The space met 100% of our expectations! Beautiful, clean, quiet and with an amazing pool and outdoor space. It is the ideal place to rest and the fact that it is pet-friendly is a big plus. The host's kindness should be highlighted. We intend to return soon! :)

This property was everything you’d want when staying in the walled city of Évora. Built into the outer wall at the D’Aviz gate, there was free parking conveniently just outside the wall, with several cafes within a block or two. The main square was a 10 minute, easy walk with much to see along the way. Be sure to look into the free walking tour (google it), it was fabulous.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Downtown but very quiet. We slept super well, very comfortable bed. Ana Paula was very attentive, persistent and friendly. Very clean and practical apartment. We liked everything, including the treats that Ana Paula left us on arrival and we thank you. We hope to come back one day.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. The location was perfect for walking around the historic areas of Evora. The neighborhood was very local and people were friendly. We happened to get invited to a local neighborhood gathering in the street that was super fun. There’s not much parking close to the apartment. We parked in the large, free parking lot that’s about 500 m from the place. It worked out fine and seemed very safe.

This location is perfect if you want to drive and spend a few days exploring the Alentejo. Multiple towns are nearby. Evora is a great all day trip, including the megaliths outside of town, and you get to leave all the guided groups behind. Elvas is a wonderful town very near the border with Spain. Villa Real is a gem. Arraiolos is known for weaving rugs. Evoramonte is close by and has terrific views. All of these towns are hilltop towns with castles. The regional wine is terrific, the cork industry is fascinating, the olives, oranges, and lemons, are great, and you are in the middle of the area of marble quarrying. The towns are predominantly full of white buildings with mustard or blue trim and lot and lots of marble. Fica’s place is comfortable, quiet, and has restaurants, bakeries, drugstores, and small shops just steps away.

Celeste was very helpful and welcoming. The unit is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The rooftop terrace was one of our favourite places! Celeste gave good recommendations for activities, and was very responsive when an issue came up with the stove. Her location is very central - great for walking, but a bit noisy at night. Highly recommend.

Fantastic little suite within the walls of Évora. Quiet, cozy, and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do and see. Jorge was also very proactive and responsive as a host and with communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Our expectations were even surpassed! We loved Gonçalo's very warm welcome. He thankfully allowed us to book and check in the same day. Thank you so much, Gonçalo! The apartment is fantastic. A small oasis. Superbly equipped and above all very clean. Kitchen is fantastic, everything is clean and perfectly equipped there. And I'm very picky about that. My highlight: The fly screens in front of the windows!! But there is also a very modern air conditioning system. Very pleasant indoor climate, no musty smell or the like. It felt like coming home. We had a very relaxing time and were able to slow down wonderfully. Alcacer is a very authentic, small place. Little tourism. The restaurants have a lot of local food on the menu and at much cheaper prices than in other places. Within walking distance there are small supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. It was fantastic!

Always welcoming, peaceful location. Our host is available if something goes wrong. We love this place and this accommodation, we have been coming for 3 years now. I would highly recommend it.

Very well-equipped apartment, there is everything you need! Air conditioning, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi... Clean bathroom with bathtub and two sinks. As described, it's even bigger than in the photos. The bed is very comfortable for one person and might be a little small for two people to sleep in but no bad surprises because it's very consistent with the photos. Spacious and welcoming. Great communication with the host. I'll be back.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Everything was perfect and we would have loved to stay longer. Joyce is an excellent host and very supportive with all questions you have!

Great location to stay at - we had a hire car and it was easy to get to from Lisbon and to visit the surrounding regions. Clean, safe, good bed/ shower. In Jan/ Feb, the room was a bit cold even with the two portable heaters, as there’s no radiators in the room and the oven supplied was not the most effective.

Very cozy and well located apartment in a village near the border with historical interest and interesting for an afternoon tour. I had everything you need to be well .
