"Le Troisième" charming studio in the city center

Nice private studio of 20 m2 with balcony, refurbished on the 3rd floor in an old building that has retained its authenticity. In the heart of Evian's old town, 2 minutes from shops and the Source Cachat, 5 minutes from the pier and thermal baths. Equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave), 1.60 m bed, closets, TV and Wi-Fi, breakfast area, coffee machine, bathroom/toilet with towel dryer and hair dryer. Coaches to Thollon and Bernex stations at the bottom of the street.

We really enjoyed our stay in this very modern apartment with beautiful views of Lac Leman. It was easy to relax in the open design of the entire space. The kitchen offered modern working appliances, and having a great washing machine helped us. Damien and his wife Ami were gracious hosts, we know future visitors will experience waking up to some of the loveliest views of the lake. It was great fun to take the ferryboat rides across the lake.

The living area features an open layout with a modern kitchen visible on the left. A cozy seating arrangement includes a gray sofa and a dining table set for four. Large glass doors offer a view of a balcony overlooking the lake.

We had a great time at Alain's place. The apartment is very good location and nice. It's a great place to stay. Beautiful studio in a very good location, 10 min walk to the city center, very nice view. Street with a lot of traffic but closed door, it was decent. Great welcome from Frédéric giving us some info on restaurants and places to visit. Private parking space +++ because it's complicated to park in Evian. We'll be back👍🤩
