Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well equipped (better than described), the magnificent view, and the sauna and jakuzi great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

We had a great time staying with Isabelle and her husband. In particular, she offers local meals for the evening at very reasonable rates and it was delicious! The place is quiet, the bedding is very comfortable. The accommodation contains everything you need to arrive with suitcases and rest directly. Really great! Recommended +++!

Beautiful house, right on Lake Geneva. Swimming area within walking distance (200 m). Plenty of parking. Terrace around the house with lake and mountain views. Nice and quiet. Best accommodation I've ever had.

We had a very nice stay in Pierre's apartment, Beautiful and tastefully decorated apartment. Everything clean and tidy. Cabinets in bedroom and kitchen could use a little renovation. Very smooth communication. Beautiful environment and close to Lake Geneva. Recommended!

Muriel was very kind and welcoming upon arrival and greeted us in person. She made sure we felt right at home and gave us a few recommendations for hiking and sightseeing. Her place was thoughtfully decorated with antique wooden floors and walls, and we felt like there was a story behind every detail. She also greeted us in the morning and ensured we had a nice stay. Would definitely recommend and we’d love to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Eric’s house and will 100% be back! The house was immaculate, spacious and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed. Location so peaceful but not too far to drive into Annecy which is stunning. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

A really lovely house, just as stunning as the photos inside and out. It’s located really well. The garden is fab, safe and inclosed for our dogs and we were lucky enough for some good weather to use the pool. The host is great, and really helpful. We would definitely recommend.

Steve was a very welcoming, warm and very responsive host by message, whether before the stay regarding any questions, or when we arrived. The place was as described and very clean. Small mention also for the kitchen that I found very well furnished and equipped, with equipment to make large quantities as well. We found it a little demanding on noise and noise pollution. We understand, but it still somewhat limited our moments of exchange and affected relaxation during the stay. We thank Steve and recommend this listing. 😊

Departure for a road trip in Switzerland, the accommodation was ideally located for visiting the surroundings of Lake Geneva. The accommodation is clean, nice and very secure. We travel with our 15-month-old baby and we didn't feel cramped at all. On the contrary, we enjoyed coming back after our days of walks to spend a good night there! I recommend it without so much as a second thought 👍🏼🤩

The place is in the center of Evian and very accessible. The flat is cozy, spacious, tidy and very clean. Magali gave us clear and detailed instructions, she is very responsive and communicates proactively. We will be coming back. Definitely at 5 🌟

Had a lovely stay in Evian, with a beautiful apartment to home us. Very lovely interior and close to a supermarket and lovely view point. Just be warned that there is one bus to take you up, and it’s not very reliable and will sometimes not show up. If so, it’s a 200m climb to the house !! But nevertheless worth the hike. Would recommend to everyone.
