This 1,000 square foot unit is the private second floor of a 1919 built home with a separate side entrance. It has a small kitchen with full size appliances, washer and dryer, WIFI and a Roku tv with Netflix logged in. The house is a half mile from downtown Eustis and less than a 15 minute drive from downtown Mt. Dora where you’ll find shopping, restaurants, live music, and weekend festivals.

A well-appointed sleeping area features a white bed frame with plush bedding in navy and white tones. Two bedside tables with navy blue lamps flank the bed. Decorative pillows, including a map-themed cushion, add interest, while framed botanical prints hang above the headboard.

The Cottage is detached from the main home with an enclosed private patio. The shoreline of the lake is PRIVATE PROPERTY WITH PRIVATE DOCKS.
