The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house with garden in the northern district of Am Hart. It offers a quiet relaxing stay as well as the possibility to get to the city center with its many sights in a short time. The Am Hart U-Bahn [subway] station is just 5 minutes away. By U-Bahn, you can reach Marienplatz and the main train station as well as the Olympic Park or the English Garden in 15 minutes. You can get to the airport in 45 minutes by U2 and S-Bahn S1.

From here you can get left into the fully equipped kitchen (stove, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine). I love Christel’s cozy apartment very much. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, yet is easy to reach the main train station by metro. The room includes all what you need for a short stay. Christel provided me with very detailed instructions for check in and check out and is always very responsive to my questions. I would definitely recommend this place!

I was staying here because I was at a concert nearby. Ursula was super sweet & had given me all the necessary instructions in advance to get into the accommodation. Check in she had also made possible for me earlier, thank you again for that! Can definitely recommend this accommodation!

We stayed here because we were going to visit a match at the stadium. This is an absolute top location for that! It is a 20-minute walk, which is certainly nice after the event (no crowds at the metro, no traffic jams). In addition, it is a 2-minute walk from the metro that takes you to the city center in 9 stops, very nice. The apartment was super clean, bathroom clean and good shower. Kitchen brand new and the bed had a wonderfully soft mattress. Finally, Christian is a very nice host, very flexible, likes to think along and is quick to communicate, which is always extensive. He also shared tips on, for example, public transportation or where a warm bakery was open on Sunday morning. All in all, 100% recommended! Especially if you are looking for an Airbnb close to the highway or the stadium

Helmut's place is amazing! He is attentive and the place is faithful to the photos! I traveled alone and felt completely safe, I would definitely stay again. The place is close to the subway and other transportation, which makes it too easy to come and go from the city center.

It was great staying in Edurne's place in Munich. She's a great host. Very friendly and we had an interesting conversation too. And she allowed me to check out 1 hour beyond the official check-out time, which was much appreciated.
