We are delighted with our stay. The accommodation was impeccable, very well-equipped and very quiet and the added bonus of having parking and also a view of Chartres Cathedral. Yann was very attentive to us and we enjoyed it very much.

Well-located apartment, close to the cathedral, restaurants... Not necessarily super convenient to park but there are quite a few small parking lots (paid) all around so you always manage to find a place. Clean place with all the necessities. Small problem with the spa that didn't work completely, it's a shame. A nice apartment that is nice for a short stay in Chartres.

We were a group of 10 people spending a weekend at Marielle's house and it was a great experience, above our expectations! The house was clean and well-equipped, no one lacked anything. We were able to enjoy the large garden, the terrace, as well as walks in the surroundings recommended by Marielle. But what gives this rental even more charm is Marielle herself. She is generous and caring, always attentive and available to her guests. A real gem! And she's funny too :) Today we only have one desire: to book our weekend at Marielle's for next year!

We enjoyed the stay very much with our family. The cottage was well equipped and the rooms were as described. It was all very clean and nicely decorated and the rooms are very spacious. We were received very kindly and flexibly and if we had a question we got a quick answer. Furthermore it is a beautiful place, with lots of nature and tranquility. There are plenty of games and activities in the house that we didn't get bored with even in the rain. Thank you very much!

A beautiful and typical Percheron house tastefully renovated. A bucolic and quiet environment. Everything was as described by Isabelle. We only stayed there for a weekend unfortunately. But we'll be back!

Ideal for a weekend getaway with large families, parents, uncles, etc. with a large capacity to accommodate everyone and preserving everyone's privacy, the rooms are beautiful, the bedding is good, the number of bathrooms is sufficient for the morning rotation, and we especially enjoyed this large room - kitchen, dining room and living room - as a gathering place. The added bonus is the large capacity jacuzzi and this huge park where we were able to play and have lunch (BBQ). We'll be back for our next cousin reunion.

This studio is aptly named (the nest). Very well equipped and nicely decorated in a very quiet area. Marion is very friendly, available, smiling. A must-see place for a quiet stay near the Loir.

Our week's stay at Geneviève’s condo was absolutely perfect! We received a warm welcome as she greeted us upon arrival, had stocked the fridge with some essentials - milk, yogurt, butter, jam - as well as coffee, a fresh baguette, and a bouquet of fresh flowers. We didn't expect such a warm welcome! It's a perfect location in old Chartres, with narrow cobblestoned streets, a short walk to the cathedral and many lovely shops and restaurants. The condo itself was absolutely charming, with beautiful furniture, and an updated kitchen and bathroom. Everything was pristine and neat, with lots of space to store our clothes and toiletries. The bed was super comfortable, with high quality bed linens, and the neighborhood was quiet. Upon arrival, we asked for suggestions for dinner. Not only did she recommend a great restaurant (Racine), Geneviève's husband, Georges, made reservations for us. Above and beyond! Thank you, Geneviève, for sharing your lovely home with us!

The very cosy studio is situated right in the heart of Chartres - 2 min from the Cathedral. Very functional parking also available. The space is super clean, cosy and stylish. Also super well equipped with all large and small amenities. Conceicao is very kind and supportive host, friendly and professional. We would greatly recommend the place and very sorry that we’ve spent only a night there.

We met Anne when we arrived. She was friendly and wanted our stay in Chartres to be a success. She had great suggestions for our stay. We found the apartment to be charming and absolutely spotless. The apartment was just a couple of blocks away from the city center and about a 15-20 minute walk to the train station. Paris was an easy commute. We didn't have to use our rental car at all while we were in Chartres! Thank you, Anne, for making our stay in Chartres so pleasant!
