The property is in a dominant position. The Royal Eure Valley is 75 meters below on the west side. The evenings are full of sunshine. On the south side, there are 4000 hectares of forest with direct access for walking or cycling. You are 5 kilometers from the lovely city of Anet and its sublime castle. There are restaurants and all kinds of grocery stores, markets and supermarkets. If I am in Paris, I will do everything to make myself available and meet guests who will spend a full week. Nature and calm are the dominant at this property. By car The old castle is closed between November 15th and early May. So there is only the bird pavilion available for rental. That's 6 beds. Hence the big price differences according to the seasons.

Charming B&B in a old Manor(Perche)

The Manor Michelet is a B&B in an old town Manor from 15th century, located at Nogent-le-Rotrou ("Perche" aera, in France). In may 2011, I opened my first guest room. The spacious 40 m² guest room is located in the Manor's old kitchen. The fireplace, the salt nest and the stone sink exist since the Manor was made. The room is equiped with a 160 cm wide bed. Another bed can be added if you so desire. The bathroom possesses an old marble like painted bathtub and a large italian shower. The breakfast is served in the lower 80m² living room called the lower room, or in the courtyard in summer. The Manor was built at the end of the 15th century for a rich family of steel merchants : the Michelets. In 1789, during the french revolution, the Manor became the police station of Nogent-le-Rotrou. In 1822, Louis Arsène Meunier, school teacher, set up his boarding school in the lower room. The Château de Touchebredier, an elegant 18th century mansion, in its rural surroundings is located near Chateaudun, 140 km from Paris between Chartres and Vendôme. Between Beauce and Perche, it's the perfect place for family and friendly gatherings. The gite de la Tourelle welcomes you in the south wing of the completely renovated castle and has a charming enclosed garden. It is a large, chic and comfortable house, with a family home spirit and can accommodate 10 to 12 people.

The room is located inside the castle for a maximum of 2 adults and an infant, with a surcharge of €20. With an area of 40 m², you will enjoy a magnificent view of the park, a common living room. The indoor pool is heated to 25° mini from March 1 to October 30 with the sauna. You can enjoy golf in the park and its enchanted walk. There is also the option of a 1-hour Californian massage on site for €60 per person. Just so you know, we only accept guests who speak French.

Pink Room

The Chambre Rose, located at the Château de Montmirail in Sarthe, 1.5 hours from Paris, offers an experience combining historic charm and modern comfort. With a surface area of 48 m², it has a king-size bed or two single beds, depending on your preferences, and a private bathroom equipped with a bathtub. An adjoining 19 m² room with a single bed is available at an extra cost. A continental breakfast is included, served in the renovated 15th-century kitchen.

The room is located inside the castle for 4 people (2 adults with 2 children maximum) baby included in the 4, an extra €20 for the baby. Area of 40 m², you will enjoy a magnificent view of the park, a common living room. The indoor pool is heated to 25° mini with the sauna. You can enjoy the enchanted walk in the park. On site Californian Massages 1 hour at €60 per person at the castle... For your information, we only accept guests who speak French well.

Ambassador's chamber

Château de La Rivière offers 5 guest bedrooms 1 hour and 30 minutes from Paris, at the gateway to the Perche. The very gourmet breakfast is included and served in the Salon d'Aligre. It is also possible to book dinner, which must be booked at least 72 hours in advance. Guests have access to the pool table, sauna, tennis court, boats and 140-hectare park all year round, and to the heated indoor pool from April to September.
