House vacation rentals in Eure-et-Loir

The house is located in a park of extreme beauty, with magnificent trees, thousands of flowers, hundreds of birds and a group of ducks. All with a very nice and large swimming pool, heated. The house is well-decorated, very well-equipped. The vegetation, very dense in front of the house, completely isolates it from the rest of the property; the privacy is total, and makes this place a true haven of peace. The owners are lovely, both discreet and caring. Shops are numerous and varied, a little over 5 minutes' drive away. Thanks to Christophe and Sébastien for their warm hosting!

Lovely place, inside and out. We stayed with our dogs in Cesar’s place. The house is very big and comfortable with amazing spacious grounds and gardens which are secure so the dogs couldn’t escape. The pool is a lovely addition and we loved chilling out. It’s very quiet and birdsong every day is very relaxing. The house is very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Francois made us feel at home straight away, his English was good although we like to communicate in French. He showed us his lovely home which was more like a lived in home than a Airbnb. Which made it much more homely. There were some lovely touches like goodies on the table for us. There was plenty of outdoor space although the weather was rather chilly. Francois provided good bikes which were in the barn next door along with a ping pong table and barbecue. There was a local village 2.5 K away with a fabulous Boulangerie, and the town of Verneuil sur Avre nearby which was stunning!

We had an amazing time with friends! The accommodation exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and activities offered! We were able to enjoy the May 29 bridge in the best possible conditions! Thank you, we recommend!

3 night stay for 6 people with friends, perfect house for our group: spacious, very well-equipped, modern, connected and very well-decorated. We loved the movie theater, the jacuzzi, and the garden to enjoy the outdoor space. Quiet, pleasant place, everything was there, especially the rain shower in the master suite, a real plus! A remote workspace that has been useful to us. Responsive and very accommodating concierge for checkout. No complaints, great stay! Thank you

Our family of six had a wonderful stay at Maxine’s! I can’t say enough about it- a top Airbnb. There is a private courtyard for parking and sitting and enjoying, a sort of Sun/mud room that made a great place for shoes and jackets (and that had a nice foosball table!). The beds were comfortable, the house spotless. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cutlery, and all the appliances seemed to be new and of high quality. The washer was large and great to have, and the courtyard made it super easy to dry the clothes afterwards. Maxime was always very fast on her responses and was generous to allow us an extra two hours at checkout. Finally, the couple that runs Snack 28 right next to the house are as amazing as their very reasonably priced food! We went back several times and they kept giving us free food! We would love to come back to Chartres, it is a beautiful town, and the cathedral is beyond description. If we do we would love to stay here again.

We had a great time with the family. The cottage is very welcoming, clean and the little touches are too nice. We enjoyed the garden and the beautiful terrace overlooking the sheep meadow. We'll be happy to go back.

Kevin's house is beautiful, with amazing surroundings, by the river, allowing you to indulge in friendly activities, swimming, beautiful walks and even a boat as a bonus! the house offers a beautiful outdoor space, with charming sheep as a neighbor and Luna, the owner's dog, adorable and very affectionate. Kevin was very welcoming and friendly, we will happily stay at his place again!

A beautiful and typical Percheron house tastefully renovated. A bucolic and quiet environment. Everything was as described by Isabelle. We only stayed there for a weekend unfortunately. But we'll be back!

Very nice stay unfortunately of short duration, during which I was fortunately still able to enjoy the property and the services offered. The terrace is large, perfect for all types of moments you want to spend there (meals, relaxation...) the garden is very large and beautiful, you can walk there, observe the trees and listen to the birds singing. In addition, there is a view of a park with beautiful horses. I had a very pleasant time at Aurélie's, whom I thank, as well as my dog, who also took full advantage of it.

What can I say about this accommodation... PERFECT! Honestly, being very demanding, even painful because I'm picky, there is absolutely nothing to complain about Valerie and Loic's place. Clean, carefully decorated, equipped like at home, coffee pods, a bottle of water on arrival and responsive and very nice owners! Small village in a countryside where life is good, we were there for a wedding, we would almost want to come back even if we had nothing to do in this area. 🤣 We recommended it to the bride and groom and guests living nearby! Thanks to our hosts 😉

The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very well made when there are many people. Enclosed garden ideal for children and the place and its surroundings really very beautiful. It's easy to access and the communication is excellent. Great spot for a weekend getaway less than 1 hour from Paris.

Great stay in this beautiful house, sparkling clean and equipped with everything you need. The peaceful environment, heated pool and large fenced garden are perfect for children. We were warmly welcomed by Eugenie and her husband, always available but discreet and with delicate attention (bouquet of roses and peonies on arrival and small local gifts). Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!
