Our family house built in 1728, just renoved in 2019, offers a perfect spot for holidays and weekend, for quality time with large families or friends gathering. Close to the nature, with a large garden, in the middle of fields and forest, you will enjoy the calm of the countryside with style and confort. This charming house located in the south of Paris, will allow you to visit all the south of Paris (Fontainebleau, Versailles, Chamarande, Château of the Loire valley, Chartres, Orléans...)

Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. The quiet of the countryside 10 km from Chartres! Cottage in an outbuilding, in front of our house. The entry is independent. Bedroom with double bed. Private bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Equipped kitchen. Baby crib/chair upon request. Sofa bed in the living room. Very quiet environment on the edge of the forest. Animal lovers will be able to meet horses, cats and chickens! Perfect for a stopover on the Chemin de St Jacques or cyclists following the Véloscénie!

Secure bike storage on request and free shuttle nearby to the train station.
