Greg’s instructions were clear making check-in, check out, TV remote a breeze! We enjoyed the restaurants near by and loved coming back to rental after long days of football games and campus visit. Great stay. Very clean. Everything is exactly as Karen describes in the listing. Layout and set up of home and rooms totally guest focused and well thought out. Super comfy bed and pillows. Sink, fridge, and microwave in my room were super useful and main kitchen with many appliances and staples available as well. Several large bathrooms always available while I was there. Newer full-size washer and dryer easy to use. Appreciated that you can lock your bedroom door with a key while you're out. You can be as private or social as you want while staying here. I did not have a single issue during my stay. Karen has thought through everything and makes it super easy to enjoy staying at her home.
