the bedroom is slightly askew which made it hard to open and noisy when opening.

We had such a peaceful stay! Almost wish we could’ve stayed longer 😅 The studio was so spacious and perfect for us and the fur babies. Loved all the extra touches / accommodations provided for our dogs. 11/10 would highly recommend! 👏🏽 We hope to be back in the future ☺️

Cute little place with three beds. If you don't like bugs this is not the place for you, the place is attached to a garage and is out near the woods, bugs are expected. Be sure to bring your own coffee creamer (they supplied the k-cups). Bea was friendly and very accommodating.

Super cute space for our one night in town. Kitchen was perfectly stocked, and we appreciated that the kitchen space was comfortable to hang out in while the bedrooms were private enough to go relax. Parking and directions were easy. The location was beautiful and woodsy! Jessica kept us up to date on everything we might need to know and was very responsive.

My husband and I stayed at Sally’s for a few weeks when we were in Eugene to help my daughter. We felt welcome the minute we arrived. The guesthouse was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. When I needed an extra small table, Sally went out of her way to get me one. She even brought us flowers from her lovely garden. The guesthouse is in a quiet, very walkable neighborhood close to restaurants, grocery stores, bike trails and Amazon park. We look forward to staying with Sally and Willy again next year!

Charming does not even begin to describe the cottage. I fell in love the minute I walked in. Incredibly well-stocked kitchen, cute furniture, great bed. Quiet and private. The yard/garden was beautiful and lush. Great location, walkable to restaurants, cafés and bars. Would highly recommend.

This was my second stay at Nate &Amrita’s cottage. It was as wonderful as I remembered. Nice setting in a residential neighborhood but easy to get where I needed to go. Nate and Amrita are quick to respond and. Gave clear instructions.

Fantastic cottage, had everything I needed for a long term start. Very personable hosts, great gardens as my view. Everything was pristine and had all the amenities. Highly recommended

Michael and Cole’s place was spectacular. Love the open concept for two people and two dogs. The fully fenced yard was so nice to have and we used the covered patio a lot, it was lovely. This is probably one of the best airbnbs we have stayed in for the organization and availability of the things we always need/want. Free of clutter kitchen but still all the things you need, filtered water in the fridge, labeled cabinets. The bathroom had make up wipes, plenty of towels and also free of clutter. The shower is beautiful with the most amazing shower head system. There was a lot of storage for clothes in the bedroom area and the nightstand/headboard had a lot of storage also. The bed was comfortable and large. We didn’t use the tv but it’s the biggest tv I’ve ever seen haha. The AC unit worked really well along with the ceiling fans. We will definitely stay here again!

'Really liked Marcia's place. It's updated and secluded among mature trees and her lovely garden. Marcia is friendly and welcoming. She gave us a great recommendation for Chinese food. Easy check-in and check-out. Bring own personal little mirror if you blow-dry hair or want to shave your face. Comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom.

We had a great time staying here! The place was very clean, quiet, and in a fantastic location near the University of Oregon campus. It was perfect for two people, with both the bed and the pull-out couch being comfortable and convenient. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time during our stay. Perfect for 2 couples, we loved the feel of the apartment, with all the recycled materials. Super comfortable beds, great bathrooms - didn't use the kitchen much but it had all we needed. The courtyard is charming, we enjoyed meeting Stella the cat and admired the flowers. Great location across a beautiful and quiet park, with good coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We will be back!

Rachel was a wonderful host and her unit was the perfect cozy, comfortable place to stay for me as a single girl attending a wedding nearby! Check-in and out was a breeze, Rachel was very friendly and helpful and the unit was beautiful. She even left extra toiletries, snacks and cold drinks for me, which was so nice after my travel! The neighborhood was also lovely (lots of trees and a beautiful park nearby) and there was lots of shops and food spots to walk or drive to. Highly recommend staying here!

We made the most amazing family memories here and can’t wait to come back! My kids like water parks, but only the more mild stuff and as a disabled person with limited mobility this was a perfect choice for us all to play together! We swam on and off for all hours of the night! The folks that stay on the property are all so kind and the hosts are even kinder! If you need help at all they are on top of it. You can’t beat the price, friendliness or amount of fun anywhere near here in Oregon so come visit here :)

Lovely little place!! Feels very private. Spotless and very cozy!!!

We were passing through between Seattle and San Fran. After very delayed plans to arrive by 8pm and enjoy the hot tub, traffic in Washington gave us a different experience. We unfortunately arrived after midnight and had to leave by 6am so our stay was very short. But Jim was so responsive and accommodating. When we woke up to the sunrise glistening over the mountains and through the trees, we were in awe. Definitly will ear mark this spot for future road trips. Thank you!

This was a perfect quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We loved the cottage & all it had to offer. The chickens, the beautiful amazing garden setting, along with being in walking distance to The Friendly Market & its food trucks. Can’t wait to visit again. Thank you for sharing this sweet spot in Eugene.

We really enjoyed our stay. Really thoughtfully designed with a lot of attention to detail. Wonderful location and view. Felt homey, fun to stay in, and very comfortable bed. Thoughtful and pleasant experience with four paws up from our dog who came along!

We stayed here for a week. It’s a lovely, quiet, comfortable and private space. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived! Tom had provided everything we needed for a longer stay and it was very clean. Seeing the hummingbirds feed every day at the window was magical ✨

Enjoyed my stay at this quaint little retreat in the woods. The place was sparkling, clean, including the outdoor shower, which I loved! I enjoyed the privacy of the setting and how quiet and peaceful it was. The bed was super comfortable and hard to get out of the next morning. Everything you need in one place. Janna I was extremely friendly and helpful, even offering a ride to avenue we were both going to the evening I came to town. Would definitely stay again.

The place was very clean and had awesome amenities. One of the best AirBnBs we’ve stayed at over a weekend. I ran the Eugene Marathon and this was a great spot to get some rest the night before the race.

Mark’s location is perfect for events on campus! Everything you may need is within walkable distance. He was very responsive and flexible when my flights were changed last minute. The cottage is clean and well equipped with anything you may need. A fantastic host and a wonderful stay- we will book again!
