Charming 250 sq. ft. South Eugene bungalow guest loft with private exterior entrance (10 steps up), ideal for 1 guest. Full private bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.* Queen-size cabinet bed with comfortable memory foam mattress, bamboo cover, quality linens. *Though bathroom ceiling height is 7’6” at highest level, please note that angled ceilings in shower may provide less-than-ideal head space for guests on the tall side. Shower head is removable/hand-held for added convenience.

The Little House is a great place to stay for a business trip, special event or as a launching point to explore the Willamette valley of Oregon. The room has everything you need for a comfortable trip to Eugene/Springfield including a queen bed, full bathroom with soap, shampoo and shower gel, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot water pot, and more. You'll enjoy personal touches including my own personal pottery and photography.

Unit has a kitchenette (w/Keurig, toaster oven, microwave, jr. refrigerator and hot plate), bathroom/shower and access to washer & dryer. There is a futon couch that can be made into a double bed for 2 more guests (FWIW it's not as comfortable as a regular bed). WiFi, television (w/Roku) and bluetooth speaker provided for entertainment. Walking distance to restaurants & bars. University is just a few blocks more.

The Emerald City Bungalow is only 2 blocks from campus, but you'll find plenty of relaxation in the light filled studio & on the peaceful garden patio in the fully fenced backyard. Comfy queen sized bed, kitchenette for cooking meals or just making coffee (provided!), Wi-Fi, TV, AC & a covered bike rack in fenced backyard make this place a great find. A large modern bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower completes this cute studio apartment!

Welcome to our hidden gem of a home. We live on an acre, tucked in the middle of a quiet neighborhood with many big trees. Our property is fully fenced in, we have an organic garden and a big yard. We are two minutes away from a beautiful, paved walking and biking path that runs for 22 miles along the Willamette River. Downtown Eugene is just three miles away.
