Lovingly renovated Black Forest house from 1831

The typical Black Forest house from 1831 was lovingly renovated in 2021. On the ground floor, which is accessible, there is a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The large living/cooking/dining area with its clay-plastered walls and solid wood fixtures is at the center of the house. In the historic attic there is a large and two small bedrooms. There is also a cozy bathroom in the attic. A stream ripples past in front of the playground in the garden. Tourist tax not included!

Relaxation, fun, entertainment and sightseeing are guaranteed! The apartment is only for rent to tourists (at least one of them shoul be an adult). Workers and business travelers would like to look for other accommodation. BBQ is not possible due to fire security!

Our family-friendly new-build vacation home has a kitchen with fully equipped fitted kitchen, two bedrooms on the first floor. A bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. On the upper floor is the cozy sleeping and play area for children and another sleeping area. The terrace invites you to linger. The property has a total of 5 smart TVs, Wi-Fi, an internet radio and two free parking spaces right next to the house. The place is fully air-conditioned.

This small house, offering a magnificent view stretching as far as the Vosges mountains in France, is situated on the edge of the town of Herbolzheim in the foothills of the Black Forest. Europa-Park and Rulantica are just 10 minutes away. The Black Forest, Freiburg, Strasbourg, and many other destinations make for great day trips from this location. A tourism tax is levied in Herbolzheim; you will receive the KONUS guest card directly upon arrival.

The 2-room apartment on the first floor offers plenty of space for 2 to 3 people with about 60 m². If necessary, 2 more sleeping options can be created in the living room. 10 minutes by car to Europa-Park. Parking right in front of the apartment. Detached house: Our house offers the ideal setting for a longer stay. All utilities, Wi-Fi, bedding and towels are included in the rental price. As well as two free parking places in the yard. Facilities: 9 beds + 1 baby cot The apartment is on two floors. - Attic: Two cozy rooms and a bathroom. - Second floor: two more rooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The large balcony invites you to relax and linger.
