Townhome vacation rentals in Etruscan Coast

We had a wonderful time in Monti Di Villa. The little village is lovely and the view across the valley from the terraces is breathtaking. We felt at home straight away. It’s a great place to relax but there are also many things to do in the area, beautiful Tuscan towns to visit. Sara is a great host. She gave us lots of recommendations and was extremely helpful. It was a perfect holiday.

Very spacious accommodation with all the essentials. Hillside location that offers magnificent views and complete tranquility.

The apartment is exactly as described, if not better. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The rooms are very large. Much larger than we expected. Very easy check in. We were met by Dario who was very attentive throughout our stay. The location in Chianni was perfect for us. Very central with excellent restaurants and bars, literally on your doorstep. If you are looking to stay in Chianni and be close to the centre, this cannot be beaten.

The house was very clean and tidy. Large and comfortable bed. Very well equipped kitchen. The house is sufficiently cool and we did not have to use the air conditioning, which is also available, despite the fact that the outside temperature was above 30 degrees. Supermarkets nearby. A very pleasant stay of a few days.

Claudio & Rita’s place is clean, tidy and comfortable, with all you need for a short stay. It was a pleasure to rest here for a day on our Via Francigena walk The air conditioning was welcome. We didn’t meet Claudio and Rita but it was easy to communicate with them and they were flexible and helpful.

The house was very clean and the neighborhood was safe. Very close to the Conad supermarket and it has a large kitchen with all the cookware and space to make a good meal. We were happy to have the ice maker built-in the fridge for our drinks. We also liked the smart TV where we could watch shows in English since we are tourists and don’t understand Italian. Proximity to the beaches was good. We thought this house had an ocean view, and even though it doesn’t, the beaches are close by and absolutely stunning. I think this part of Italy is a hidden gem.

This townhouse is very modern inside with lovely facilities - kitchen, washer dryer, really strong air conditioning, comfortable beds. It's in a quiet part of town and backs to some beautiful green space. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive, and they gave us a map with restaurant suggestions. Overall a great stay!

Proactively responded to any type of request Home: Same as described in a true way What I loved: 1) terrace in the kitchen, very spacious for dinner, breakfast 2) parking very close to the house 3) very quiet and quiet area, but only 10 minutes by car from the beach (in Punta Ala there is never traffic...) 4) the beach club is among the most renowned in the area, so it is a gift that has its own value

The listing is an absolute recommendation. It is beautiful, clean and functional. The view over the hills of Tuscany is breathtaking and the pool area is simply wonderful. We were all very comfortable. It is the middle of three townhouses and we were lucky that we were the only tenants there, so we had the whole terrace and pool to ourselves. The way to the accommodation is a bit difficult to navigate, especially with a large car. But it's definitely worth it! Alessandra is incredibly friendly, courteous and helpful. The surrounding area (nature, cities, etc.) is ideal for smaller and larger excursions.

Beautiful grounds, couldn’t be more serene. The house is a bit on the cold side but I’m sure it’s the best for the summers.

Very impressed by Michela’s responsiveness and attention to detail in the apartment. It is well decorated, and had everything from ice cubes to mosquito repellant to a welcome package and coffee cups ready when you arrive She did everything in her power to make us have a great stay, even when unfortunate circumstances presented themselves. Nothing but a warm recommendation to stay with Michela.

House as described, very clean ,immersed in the pine forest , a short walk from free and equipped beaches. Marina was very kind and available to answer our questions.

The apartment is small but very pleasant and comfortable because the space has been perfectly used with predominantly wooden furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped and the cookware is new and plentiful, which is rare in accommodations! The courtyard in front of the front door is not great, while the balcony of the room enjoys a beautiful open view of the mountains. Roberto is very helpful. We just had to clarify a small issue regarding the cost of cleaning that was not indicated in the listing, but it was resolved quickly. I highly recommend this place.

We had a really wonderful stay in Cala Piccola! The view is simply breathtaking and the terrace a highlight - we enjoyed the sunset there almost every evening. Everything was clean, lovingly decorated and well equipped. Communication with the host was straightforward. Luigi showed us everything on site. We were able to use the beautiful little garden for yoga and our dog. The outdoor shower was also wonderful on these hot days. If we vacation on Monte Argentario again, we will definitely come back!

I was very satisfied with the accommodation, and the host was so kind. It was a little uncomfortable because I couldn't speak English, but I had no difficulty in conversation using the translation app. Above all, it was nice to feel the warm consideration and devotion. I also enjoyed the warm gifts and wine. The only thing that was unfortunate was that it was difficult to drive to the accommodation and that there was no place to walk around. The accommodation was really nice, I highly recommend it.

Perfect Location in Lucca. 10min walking from the city center, few minutes away from the shopping. Parking on the street or 100m away on a small parking place. Any the highlight is the garden.

Although we experienced some difficulties, Alexa was a super responsive host and helped us to solve them.

We found a home away from home with this house. Not only was it spotless when we arrived but Alessandra had thought about everything from making the home smell wonderful to leaving some toys out for the kids. The house is immaculately thought out with lamps and bookshelves in the right places for example. We absolutely loved and lived in the garden with its shaded areas in the midday sun and warm evening light. Our kids felt right at home straight away which is something we haven’t ever experienced before. We will be back as we feel we’ve left a part of us there! Thank you Ale for everything! X

We visited for a week and felt very comfortable - the beach is super accessible on foot or by bicycle. Immediately to the left on the beach is the Maremma Regional Park - super nice! We would love it if there was a mosquito net upstairs in the bedroom. However, only noted on the edge - there are of course mosquitoes, but it is limited;) The garden is beautiful, the neighborhood quiet;) thank you!
