The cabin is nestled in the heart of the Western North Carolina's Blue Ridge Mountains, close to downtown Hendersonville. It's centrally located between Brevard and Asheville. Located in a quiet wooded neighborhood, the Byrd Box is a mile from our quaint downtown with shops, restaurants, and local pubs; a 20 minute drive from hiking trails, waterfalls, and apple orchards; and a short hour from the ski slopes! Come relax on our porch swing and enjoy the beautiful Blueridge Mountains. Our recently restored cabin is located 15 minutes from downtown Hendersonville and 12 minutes from DuPont State Forest. This is a great home base for adventures in both Henderson and Transylvania counties. Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. A stay at our cabin is a great opportunity to enjoy rural life in Western NC. Pretty Place Chapel is about 35-40 minutes away.

Enjoy all the outdoor adventures Asheville has to offer while staying in the Scandinavian-styled tiny house situated on 50 acres of farmland and forest. Lovely and independent lower level apartment in a split level house, located in a peaceful end street, 10 minutes from Downtown Hendersonville and 30 minutes from Asheville. This is a great space for 2 or 3 guests, with a full kitchen and bath, living room and laundry room. Please note that my wife and I live upstairs.
