Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Etowah

Perfect! Simply all you need. Clean, well designed, beautiful surroundings, communicative, and worth every penny. If you are hesitant to book, then stop wasting time. Wish I could give ten stars instead of five. Already planning my next trip.

We loved our stay! Ben gave clear instructions on how to find/access the property, was very responsive, and helpful. The house was spotless, comfortable, had everything you need, and the hot tub was a great perk in the cold winter. An added bonus: there is a waterfall to spot on your drive up to the house.

Elizabeth’s place was wonderful. It was better than the pictures or the description provided. She had every amenity you could think of and each one was of top-quality. The house was cute and well decorated in a quiet historic neighborhood. I will definitely go back and rent from Elizabeth again. I would like to stay there for a longer period of time because it was so relaxing. It was convenient to get to downtown Hendersonville or easy to jump on the interstate and head to Asheville. She had plenty of literature about the surrounding areas available in the house. She also provided instructional manuals for the heating air, hot water heater, and the appliances. The backyard was cute with plenty of amenities of its own, including hammock and chairs. The front porch was darling, and a quiet cozy place to sit. The mattresses were comfortable as well as all the furniture was very usable and clean. I look forward to the next visit to Hendersonville and the elizabeth’s place.

I really loved staying in Liz’s cottage. It was so peaceful and private. A perfect home base for our girl’s trip to the North Carolina mountains. The little stream that runs behind the cottage was one of our favorite parts. A great place to have some quiet time in the morning. Liz was also so responsive and helpful to the questions that I had. I cannot recommend enough.

This was the perfect basecamp for exploring Pisgah National Forest. The house was immaculate, and I highly recommend staying here.

To say this spot was a gem is an understatement. I have stayed in places that have cost 3x this much in far more exotic places that didnt come close to the accomadating and kind nature of these 2 hosts. The home was beautifully clean and well kept and the garage was such a bonus for my situation of why i was there. I will make it a point to book with them whenever i am in the area even if im farther away.

I have stayed at Base Camp many times and it's always a great experience.

Tammy was so kind and went above and beyond. We felt at home and comfortable. We told our friends about the place and hope to come back sometime soon!

We enjoyed our stay. Rodney and Dulcy were very accommodating. Their apartment is conveniently close to a relative we were visiting in Woodfin.

Mountain View was the perfect place to end our days while visiting Brevard. Lynda & Bob were very friendly & responsive to any questions. The beds were very comfortable & the amenities were very nice. The view was great & it was very peaceful during our stay. Thanks Lynda & Bob for a great stay.

The place was great, even though it was a very quick stay. The mattresses were very comfortable, place was clean & inviting. My wife really admired their garden and has now decided we are adding a butterfly garden to our farmstead. We would def stay again.

We stayed at Lynn’s place for a few days while visiting family nearby. We appreciated the clear instructions and easy check-in. The Airbnb was very clean and comfortable- we were able to find everything we needed with ease. There are a lot of thoughtful touches that make this place special (we loved the towel warmer in the bathroom). Lynn was very friendly and accommodating and provided a comfy high chair for our 10 month old baby. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in Asheville, and we're very comfortable in this peaceful setting. Kelle and Max have created a beautiful space to stay. It's very clean, well equipped, and all directions and instructions clear and helpful. Kelle is a famous communicator, and quick to respond. Our family is always grateful to stay at Mary Ann's beautiful property! We've stayed here multiple times now and hope to continue to do so whenever our travels take us through the Asheville area. This property is truly a gem - peaceful, beautiful mountain view, a tree swing, lots of greenspace for the kiddos to run around outside after long car rides, comfortable big beds, a lovely bathroom, cozy living room and lots of much appreciated extras in the kitchen like KCups and creamers, pop tarts, waffles, water and juice. And if you ever need anything, Mary Ann is super responsive. It truly feels like a respite for us along long family trips, like getting to stop at a home away from home. We love this special place! Susan’s place was quiet, clean, and spacious! The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room for our dog crates inside as well as a backyard and neighborhood for us to walk with our puppies! The sectional was great for movie watching at the end of a day exploring!

I stayed at this cabin for a weekend and it was exactly as described. The cabin was beautiful, thoughtfully stocked, clean, and private. The instructions to find the cabin were very helpful, so I highly recommend reading over them. If you are looking for a cabin in a peaceful and scenic location, you have found one here!

This was a really nice cabin to stay in with fantastic proximity to Hendersonville, tons of restaurants and shops. The outdoor space was lovely and we made good use of the fire pit! Really loved the bathroom space and the shower was very nice and clean!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Dupont State Forest Getaway. The cabin is spotless and tastefully decorated. It's super quiet and the surrounding scenery (which is easily enjoyed by looking out one of the many large windows or from a hammock outside) is so beautiful. We loved the proximity to Dupont State Forest and the hiking recommendations that Brian provided. We can't wait to come back!

Mary was super responsive and willing to help us when we needed to check out a little later. The house was in great condition and it even had more amenities than what was listed, which was particularly helpful when cooking :) Thanks Mary!

Great to place to stay for a weekend getaway! Place was private, peaceful, comfortable, and located within 15min to all that we wanted to do in DuPont, Pisgah, Brevard, and Hendersonville. Allison was such a great host. Not only is she communicative and friendly, but she also went out of her way to recommend a locksmith when I locked myself out of my car. Would definitely come back. 10/10.

We had a great stay at this cabin. It was clean, exactly as described, and located in a peaceful area surrounded by nature. There were plenty of great hiking trails nearby, which made it the perfect getaway for anyone looking to relax and explore the outdoors. David was an excellent host, very proactive with communication and always quick to respond. I would absolutely stay here again!

Magical place to stay. Lots of great hikes with waterfalls just a short drive away. Seamless experience with Zoltan—he’s done the cabin up beautifully with everything you’ll need. Especially loved the evenings by the firepit.
