Vacation rentals with lake access in Estero

Great place. water in the big shower is backwards and a bit finicky to get hot and around the pool is very slick when wet we recommend water shoes we did have 3 guest fall with bare feet. 1 kayak has a hole but we did try and repatch it. the beach close by is awesome. we had a great time

Tina allowed our pets and let us check in earlier we loved that the pool was Kid friendly . Nice location and clean house ☺️

The accommodation was excellent, it met our expectations and has everything you need in a house, 100% recommended, Daniel was very communicative!

This home is very peaceful and quiet. The bike rides in the morning felt safe and i was able to bike to local stores and restaurants. There are loose stones around the pool so be careful with kids and elderly. We seen gators in the canal while sitting out back which was extremely exciting but also wouldn’t recommend sitting near the canal or grilling out without being aware of your surroundings. The home is stunning and within driving distance to local beaches. A perfect vacation for my daughter’s birthday. She didn’t want to leave the “pretty house”. Thank you for having us.

I’m so glad that several other properties failed to respond to a boat question we had, which led me to finding Villa Agua Vista. Tonya responded to all my questions quickly or would always get back to me when she didn’t have an immediate answer. From start to finish Tonya was super easy to work with. Always helpful and very quick to respond. Definitely delightful and personable - a super host for sure! The property and its amenities were amazing. We used the kayaks a couple times and some of the fishing gear came in handy. The spa and pool were rarely lonely. We decided to replace our usual spring break on the sand with some place to moor a boat and it was great. The house was top notch, all the basic simple things were waiting for us. If you want to find something to complain about, I seriously doubt you can or would. The photos don’t do the home justice but they also don’t lie. So don’t over think it and just book with Tonya.

We had an amazing weekend with the family in this beautiful house. The location is truly a paradise—right next to a river, surrounded by nature, with birds singing in the background. The peacefulness of the place was one of its greatest charms. The pool was cozy and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing or playing with the kids. The common areas were spacious, comfortable, and ideal for spending quality time together without feeling crowded. Everything was clean and well cared for. The host was very attentive, and communication was smooth throughout our stay. Without a doubt, this is a place we would love to return to. Thank you for such a special experience!

Incredible Stay at Casa Pina! We had an amazing experience staying at Casa Pina! The home was beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located. Tania was a fantastic host—warm, responsive, and incredibly flexible with our check-in and check-out times, which made our trip so much smoother. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and we truly felt at home. Highly recommend staying here—you won’t be disappointed!

I highly recommend this Airbnb. Absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately we had an Air-conditioning issue. The owner immediately addressed.

Linda’s place was clean, homey, well maintained, and convenient to where we were visiting. Because it’s a gated community, it was tricky at first understanding but Linda is very responsive and helpful. Linda’s checkout rules and other expectations were totally reasonable. We’d recommend this place for anyone who wants a quiet place to stay in Bonita Springs.

Arthur’s space was exactly as described perfect location close to all amenities. I would certainly stay with him again.

My very first Airbnb and I'm sure it will set the standard for any future ones that I use. Super convenient location, plenty of parking, right on the canal so you see the dolphins and the manatees at any given point. I met Lori in person and she helped me with everything that I needed and was super kind. I spent a week kayaking the island and there are so many places to go that you don't have to leave the island once you get there.

Beautiful views! From the balcony we saw manatees, dolphins, manta/sting rays, fish, birds! Very clean. Easy checkin. Well appointed condo. Big bathroom! Comfortable couches. You can't see the sunset into the water in June but I'm sure you can in the wintertime. The Lovers Key beach that connects to the condos beach was busier than I thought it would be and there's signs there about a dangerous current for swimming. BUT Loved that you could just walk along the beach for as long as you could possibly want to. Under the bridge there are thousands and thousands of BATS! And they come out at night into the trees. IT IS A MUST SEE! Soooo incredible! The pool was incredible! So clean and huge! Not busy when we came in June. The grill area was amazing with brand new grills. Elevators were very quick. The condo itself is very very clean. The grounds and everything. The grounds manager there works so hard, you can tell! We definitely enjoyed our stay! Publix and CVS close and tons of good restaurants.

Place is very quaint...right on the water. Couldn't get any closer to the water! We had the place all to our selves which was a bonus. The only thing is right now there is road construction directly in front of the cottage so you can't walk to anywhere. The town has started to rebuild after the hurricane but you can see the devastation. Once the town rebuilds, this place will be fabulous. In the meantime, we are grateful Lisa has rebuilt her place and that we could stay there in very short notice. Thank you Lisa.

The space and especially the outside area overlooking the lake is absolutely beautiful. The check in/out process was a breeze and the host is very communicative and helpful. No complaints! I would definitely stay here again!

This property is unique. Great location at end of cul-de-sac makes it easy to locate and is private. Right on a canal with wide view of the river, easy access. Kayaks ready to go. Bring your boat. Restaurant/store within walking distance with GREAT pizza and sandwiches, beer, pop, etc. Excellent location to parks, lot's of parks, bike park, walking parks, Manatee park. Accommodations are just down right comfortable. Everything you need. Bed is very comfortable. Storage for your stuff so you aren't cluttering the living space. Host is as good as they get. Great communication, friendly, accommodating. You will not be disappointed with this property. Have stayed more than once because of these things and more.

Excellent space for a quiet get away!

This was an amazing place! Perfectly located and the views were breathtaking. Great place to unwind, relax and go on adventures! Very clean and felt just like home!

Olivia is an AMAZING host! She was very easy to get ahold of and communicate with and was extremely accommodating. The location of this stay is beautiful - right on a pond with exciting wildlife - birds, turtles, etc. and walking distance to the beach. Clean, nicely updated. No complaints whatsoever!

We had two families and we both enjoyed our stay! The house was very accommodating for both our families with kids. We all enjoyed the salt water pool and patio. The information binder provided gave clear instructions for our stay and provided many recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. Stu and Cathy were very helpful and even personally check on us during our stay!

Friendly owners, private location and a clean place to stay. All you could really ask for. If ever in Fort Meyers again, I would certainly look to come here first.

This home and stay was absolute perfection. From the super clean and GORGEOUS entry to the phenomenal view and heated pool, this place felt like a home away from home with a little slice of paradise. Everything about this place was amazing and we would stay here a million times over. Couldn’t think of a better place to lend a relaxing and yet still perfectly fun vacation!
