Villa Benz - Small residential tower

"Villa Benz" was the residence of the Esslingen-based architect Albert Benz. The building complex consists of a small house with a tower and a large house with a tower. The small tower is available for rent here. Here, you can stay comfortably on 2 floors. On the ground floor are shower ( in the hallway) and toilet as well as living room with kitchen. The bedroom is on the upper floor. The small tower has its own entrance. The location is centrally located in Esslingen with good transport links. You can expect some noise.

Willkommen in meiner Unterkunft. Die Souterrain-Wohnung mit eigenem Eingang befindet sich zentral in Esslingen. Die Lage ist ruhig in einer Sackgasse. In die Stadt sind es 30 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Bahn-und Bushaltestelle sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit der S-Bahn ist man sehr schnell in Stuttgart und an der Landesmesse Stuttgart/Flughafen. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit einer modernen Küche und Bad ausgestattet. Es stehen insgesamt ca.30 qm zur Verfügung. Wir leben im selben Haus mit zwei kleinen Kindern

My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers. Secure parking is available. Good connection to bus, S-Bahn and airport. The apartment has a separate entrance to the main house. Directly attached to the apartment is a large wooden terrace with lounge.

The train station is a 2-minute walk away: Stuttgart city center can be reached in 25 minutes, and in 20 minutes you are on the Cannstatter Wasen. You are just a few steps from the historic city center and the best restaurants, cafes and shops. The Remstal cycle path is right outside the front door.

Our apartment is located on the edge of the small town of Esslingen and was completed in 2017. It includes one double bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen with living/ dining area, as well as a small terrace. By public bus they are in 5 minutes in Esslingen. From there, the city of Stuttgart, Stuttgart Airport, and Messe Stuttgart are easy.
