Own guest part on beautiful island Hven.

In our house, the western school on the island of Hven, there is a separate newly renovated guest area that we are happy to rent to you. The guest area has its own lockable entrance and its own patio. It is about 20 sqm and consists of a room with a bunk bed 120*90 cm and a kitchenette. Toilet with sink and separate shower room with sauna. The house is centrally located on the island in Tuna village, close to the shop and several of the island's restaurants but still in a quiet and somewhat secluded location with open fields in front of the patio. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. The newly renovated guest house is complete with living room, sleeping loft, kitchen and bathroom. District heating and air pump. From the garden you come out on the electric light paths in Ramlösa Brunnspark which also offers historic buildings, lush park, pond with ducks and the opportunity to taste Ramlösa water directly from the source. It was the well master himself staying at this address when it was built in the mid 1800's. Helsingborg is easy by bus or bike.

You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. The farmhouse is located at the back of our dwelling house. Quiet residential neighborhood with creek running through the grounds. Many old nice houses in the area with a lot of history, the house is located just outside Ramlösa brunspark. Opportunities to relax and exercise with exercise tracks and outdoor gym. While the bus and train station are very close to being able to explore. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented. Toilet paper, hand soap is included.
