The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. In 2023, the large "Landzeit Esens" (8 people) got a little sister - the "Kleine Auszeit" (2 people). Again, exposed wooden beams determine the ambiance - and of course we rely on biological materials again. The "Small Break" is a one-room apartment and the sleeping gallery can only be reached via a (somewhat steeper) staircase. A private terrace with a fenced garden area is also part of the "Small Break."

The apartment has 2 bedrooms (double bed and a bunk bed), a bathroom with shower, as well as a living/dining room with an open kitchen. In the house is a large play barn and outside is a large playground, a paradise for children. The main beach of Bensersiel can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.
