Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

Un logement très facile à trouver, des hôtes très acceuillant et un logement très calme et privé avec un extérieur. Excellent séjour dans ce logement. A refaire si l'occasion se présente. Je recommande. 👌

A estadia no Airbnb da Shumaiela foi impecável! A casa é linda e grande. Bem maior do que aparenta das fotos. A anfitriã foi muito solicita conosco. A estação de trem fica a dois minutos da residência, enfim… foi tudo perfeito! Recomendo muito.

Un moment agréable dans un lieu calme et un appartement fidèle à la description. Un hôte accueillant qui sait vous mettre à l'aise et un jardin resplendissant.

David and Sonia’s place was great! The location is perfect—the train station is right across from the apartment and can get you to all the main points of interest in Paris in an hour or less. There’s also a grocery store and plenty of restaurants nearby. The place was clean and smelled great when we arrived. They also provide free tea bags and coffee pods, which was a nice touch. One of the most underrated features for me was the shower pressure—it was amazing! The apartment felt very safe and comfortable. Check-in was smooth and easy, and David and Sonia were responsive and friendly hosts. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, in Sidi Jaafar’s Airbnb-Wohnung zu übernachten, und es war eine absolut großartige Erfahrung! Von Anfang an war die Kommunikation herzlich, professionell und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft selbst war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die liebevolle Aufmerksamkeit zum Detail – von kleinen Annehmlichkeiten bis hin zu hilfreichen Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Lage war perfekt, ruhig und dennoch gut angebunden, sodass ich meinen Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen konnte. Sidi Jaafar hat echte Gastfreundschaft bewiesen und sichergestellt, dass ich mich jederzeit willkommen und wohlgefühlt habe. We had a fantastic stay! The surroundings and views were absolutely stunning, making for a peaceful and enjoyable experience. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth. Everything was well-prepared for our stay. We had a great stay! The house is very clean, the kitchen is well-equipped with all the amenities you might need, and the bathroom is complete and comfortable. The location is convenient, with easy access to the metro going to Paris. Med Alex is a very friendly and responsive host—he replied quickly to all our questions and was flexible with check-in times. Very polite and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

O espaço é bastante agradável e a localização óptima. O apartamento tem todas as comodidades necessárias. Recomendo

My friend and I spent about 10 days in France and this was the perfect spot for an Airbnb. Literally across the street from the H train line which takes you right to Paris in about 15 minutes but the place was tucked away so you didn’t hear any noise from the streets. The place was super clean, felt like home, and was really cool to stay in and feel the Parisian-like atmosphere. There’s local spots where you can have breakfast, a delicious bakery close by, and markets too if you need to pick up a few items food wise. There’s also a general store where you can pick up items as well. The host was super responsive and super sweet. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The ONLY thing that we didn’t like was the upstairs neighbor could be a bit loud with walking around and talking etc. at night when we were trying to sleep. But, if you bring earplugs, that solves that problem quickly. Overall, highly recommended!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Christelles und Smails Wohnung. Die Nähe zu Paris war perfekt. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war man innerhalb 30 Minuten im Zentrum von Paris. Gerne wieder!
