It's just a parking space ! Caravan or RV you need to bring :). Hammock/rack are here. Achtung ! The driveway is quite steep ! Toilet, shower can be used in the house. Water and power can be found between garage doors. There is a small train line between the garden and the lake, so no direct lake access. On the premises, there is a cabin and a caravan, which may be occupied by guests. Unfortunately, there is a construction site next door at the moment.

It was a wonderful holiday! We don't understand the negative reviews. We were on the water every day with the standup paddle and one of the rowing boats - yes, the entrance is muddy, but it did not prevent us from fully enjoying this magnificent lake. The garden with all the seating and lounging options - as well as the fire bowl - made it a unique experience! We were able to sleep very well in the bed, it is very comfortable and the surroundings are nice and quiet. There is free wood & coffee, as well as some additional utensils such as oils, spices, cloths, dishwashing & towels, that's really great! Barbara was always immediately available when questions arose and she was very friendly. We will be back and are very grateful for this unique spot, right on the lake, in full idyll and tranquility! Thanks again and see you soon :)

We had a wonderful time on the island of Reichenau. Thanks to the extremely friendly and warm communication with the host Kerstin, we felt right at home from the start. The apartment is very elegant, modern and cozy and is very well equipped. We particularly liked the location and the beautifully landscaped garden overlooking the lake - there were various seats, one of which was directly on the terrace of the apartment. The tranquility, the beautiful lakeside paths overlooking the lake and the vegetation made the stay on Reichenau a very special vacation experience. Recommended is the nearby Strandbad restaurant with evening sundowner. The café at the museum and the fish restaurant on the lake road are also a must for staying on the island. We took bike tours on and around the island - Radolfzell, Constance and other small lake resorts were easily accessible. All in all, we recommend everything without reservation.

A round grill occupies a stone patio, with grilled fish resting on the grate. The backdrop features a serene lake with a sailboat in the distance and clouds scattered across the sky. A glass of wine and a bottle sit on the ledge, enhancing the outdoor dining experience.

Heidi's apartment was ideally located, just a throw stone from the lake. The space was well appointed and we enjoyed a lot the spacious terrace ideal for morning coffee but as well for dinner and evenings drinks. Heidi was a gracious host, very helpful and made us feel welcome during our stay. This is an excellent spot to explore Konstance area. We heartily recommend it.

Our short stay with 5 people and 2 dogs was beautiful. The accommodation is top notch. Very well equipped and very clean. The location right on the Untersee is fantastic. Everything - from booking to departure - is super organized by the hostess. The value for money is correct. We can only recommend this place.

The apartment is very nicely decorated and everything was super clean. In a few minutes' walk, you are at the lake, at the jetty or at the train station. Andreas is helpful and friendly. Really recommended!
