The popular, superbly equipped 1.5-room apartment for a maximum of 2 people is an ideal place to live. Central, quiet, directly on the cycling/hiking trail and close to the lake, 1 parking space in front of the house. The cozy apartment on the lower ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen / Nespresso machine, a nice bathroom with shower/toilet and a comfortable bed, as well as a spacious closet. You benefit from Wi-Fi, 130 TV channels, and covered seating for relaxing/eating at sunrise or sunset.

In recent years, the ground floor and first-floor apartment operated as a lovingly run restaurant, cherished and well-established in the region.
