The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Our new studio is located on the ground floor of a former mountain farm, nestled between Heuberg and Kranzhorn in a secluded location, at almost 800 meters. A separate entrance leads to the combined living/sleeping area. Despite the exposed location, you can reach the highway and Brannenburg with many shopping opportunities in 15 minutes. Lake Chiemsee is 25 km away, while Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck can be reached within an hour. Even day trips to South Tyrol are no problem.

Kufstein city center - City pearl - Heavenly days

The 60 m² apartment with high-quality amenities is very centrally located and is at ground level with private access. The old town of Kufstein, as well as all public transport, is within a three-minute walk. Spacious living-sleeping area with desk, recliner, smart TV and Wi-Fi. The nearest bus stop and a very good Tyrolean inn are within 5 minutes' walking distance. Numerous hiking opportunities, beautiful natural lakes and bike paths can be found in the immediate vicinity. The "Wilder Kaiser" ski resort is only 20 km away. You can reach the apartment via a private, separate entrance.

Our cozy double rooms offer a living area of approx. 20 sqm. The room is equipped with a large double bed, a sitting area, a small kitchenette and a modern bathroom (shower and toilet). Each double room has direct access to a private balcony and our garden can also be used. In front of the garden, a small stream ripples and invites you to relax! Please note that only 1 toddler can be accommodated in the crib in the rooms.
