LJ was a fantastic host and the place was great!

We all loved staying at Alec’s place. It was a beautiful house, very clean and well stocked. Linda met us at the door and gave us a guided tour as well as suggestions on where to shop. The view of the lake is beautiful and if you are looking for a peaceful, quiet place, I would definitely recommend staying here!

Peppermint Cottage was everything we hoped it would be! The scent of peppermint welcomed us upon our arrival. The fireplace and wide-plank floors created a perfect ambiance as we enjoyed the comfortable, cozy living room. The beds were comfy and the sheets crisp and clean. We enjoyed our stay so much that we hope to visit again someday.

Matt was great and so were his accommodations! Really nice guy, very communicative, would stay again in a heartbeat!

Amo's house was beautiful, comfortable and easy to be in. He was very responsive to any questions and extremely accommodating. The grounds are ample for the children to enjoy in many ways. Sleeping accommodations were perfect for our large family and everyone was happy. We hope to return next year.

Very quiet and peaceful location. Outstanding hot breakfasts delivered to our door every morning was so lovely. Very, very good food! The place was really quite clean, with the exception of some bugs but that’s to be expected in a cabin. The only thing we didn’t love was the water. It smelled very strong in the shower and in the hot tub. If you have smell sensitivity it may be a bit much. There’s probably not much they can do to change that though. We would come again. Our dogs were comfortable as well. A good experience overall. And the air conditioner worked great! It was very hot and humid outside and it stayed comfortable inside. We did bring our own box fan too.

The stay at Ferryland was amazing! Ontario lake is such a powerful and beautiful place to be. Jan made the stay possible, easy and comfortable. Will highly consider vacationing again here!!!

What a truly lovely sanctuary. We spent five wonderful nights in this cabin. The lake was beautiful, and everything was so quiet. Kitchen has everything you need plus! The decor was beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a more peaceful vacation, even though it rained almost every day, we didn't care just relaxing in this cabin, reading books and playing games, was well worth it. Thank you so much for this beautiful location. On a side note, we had a campfire one night and the Loons were serenading us. I taped them and have listened to it many times since returning.

A really awesome place, ideal for relaxing and get energized without external distractions ! Limited network depending on your carrier, which was exactly what we were looking for! A bit chilly in mid October - as advertised - but Pam made everything to make sure we were comfortable ! I am pretty sure I will come back! Lots to do in terms of hiking, and activities in the cities nearby

We enjoyed our time at this peaceful location in the country. The cabin was very comfortable and had all of the necessary amenities. It was a great location for visiting the many parks , tourist attractions and towns in the finger lakes region.

Very nice clean place. Well worth the money. Is bigger than it looks in pictures. Enjoyed our stay.

We were only in town for one night, but had an absolutely phenomenal stay. The basement apartment was clean and comfortable, and you could tell that Rebecca has a true passion for hospitality. From board games to a small library of books, the space was so well stocked. We enjoyed lounging in the room, almost as much as getting out and exploring Syracuse! Check-in was smooth and the house rules were straightforward and logical. Thanks for the 5 star stay. Bookmarked for future trips :)

We spent a surprise birthday weekend in the Railcar for my husband. My husband is a a huge rail fan which made this gift a no brainer. We boated, swam, kayaked, fished, hung out by the firepit and made great memories. We even spotted a Bald Eagle soaring over the water.

Everything was as described. Beautiful home and location. Very serene and comfortable. Highly recommend. We will definately book again !

Another great stay at this perfect home away from home. Nancy has thought of everything you and your pup will need for an incredibly comfortable vacation on the lake. There is a ton to do and explore in the surrounding area. Some of the highlights this year were the Geneva Lake trail, Grounded (cute cafe that allows dogs inside or out!), The Spotted Duck (amazing ice cream and they offer pup cups), Billsboro winery (chocolate truffle & wine pairing, also dog friendly), and Dean Lane Dining (no pets) in Dundee. And then there’s the magic of sunrise from Nancy’s deck and evenings just watching fish jumping, birds flying, and ducks swimming, all from the glider on the dock. Simple pleasures abound here.

John was an excellent host. His property is very peaceful and quiet. Fire pit overlooks the bay, with an open yard, and a nice horseshoe pit. The inside remind me of our cabin growing up. Kitchen is a little tight for more than 3 people, but he had plenty of utensils and pots and pans. Would stay again!

Really just a great weekend! The house was spacious and perfectly accommodated our family. Also perfect distance from town where there is tons to do. Julie was available for questions and was so easy to communicate with. We were in the area to celebrate our son’s college graduation and really could not have selected a more perfect spot!

Here are a few things we loved about Richard and Susan’s apartment. • A private porch overlooking a beautiful yard. • Well stocked kitchen (including bread, milk/juice, butter and eggs. • Comfortable beds. • Very spacious. • Clean • Peaceful • Easy drive to the town of Medina.

Carol’s place was beautiful! The pool was a nice bonus and it wasn’t too far from the falls! Carol was seriously, hands downs thee coolest airbnb host I’ve encountered yet!!! She was so funny and engaged when I had questions on how far things were or her recommendations on things to do nearby! I will def be back, if not to stay in her beautiful airbnb it will be to hang out with her!!! Thanks sooo much Carol! My sister and I had a blast and you made it 1000x funner!

We had a wonderful stay. The kids loved the goats & chickens, and we loved spending time on the porch. One of the beds was pretty creepy/lumpy, but the house was clean & spacious and we had a great time.

Great hosts that make you feel right at home. We were greeted with some extra special touches that we were not expecting during our stay, that was very thoughtful. The space is exactly as pictured and very comfortable. We would definitely come back

Magnificent homestead built in 1855. Beautiful grounds. Loved the animals in the barn. Lovely tennis court and swimming pool. Comfy beds! Martha was totally responsive and helpful. Peaceful and relaxing stay!😊

Our extended family of 8 stayed here for Colgate's 2025 graduation weekend. The location was definitely further away than I wanted (not the host's fault of course) but it ended up working out great. Door to door it's a 35 minute drive, so while we weren't able to go 'back and forth' as much as if we were staying closer, it was a great place to wake up in and return 'home' to at the end of the day's events. There was plenty of room for two sets of grandparents, two siblings and the grad's parents. We loved making coffee and breakfast in the morning and enjoying the absolutely glorious view from the house, plus the kitchen table was a fun end of day gathering spot for us all. Shawn was communicative and accommodating, especially when one pair of guests were way ahead of arrival time, allowing them to enter the property early. I had not been aware of DeRuyter or the lake prior to this, but am glad we had the opportunity to enjoy this home and the area!

absolutely amazing! every single aspect of the home was incredible. humongous inside, grand master bed/bath. immaculate accommodations. beautiful backyard! pool, hot tub, the best showers, 3 person sauna worked amazing. tons of space to spread out. our party had 11 people in it and noone was near one another. we all had tons of space. the showers and water pressure was to die for. ill never enjoy a shower as much as I did being here. host was amazing. great communication. very clear and responsive to any questions. by far the best home ive ever stayed in and I'm sure ill never ever find one this amazing again. will 110% return in the future. I wish I could live here!
