House vacation rentals in Erie Canal

Generously stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Unheated pool was a little too chilly the beginning of June, but great back yard space for grilling and visiting. A lounge chair with an adjustable back for reading would make it even more amazing. Loved that I could go for a walk on quiet country roads in the morning. Thank you Traci for all the extra's, your home worked out perfectly for us and we'll be back!

We absolutely loved the house. Everything was very comfortable. We relaxed in every room. Dean was very responsive with questions. We enjoyed being able to spend the day in a nice uncluttered pool area. The house was very clean and uncluttered with space for our bags in the rooms and we weren’t tripping over them. Plenty of space for six adults and a small dog to relax in the same rooms without being on top of each other. The best air b&b we have ever stayed in.

This was a terrific stay. The hosts communication from beginning to end was as good as can be expected. The home was cozy and well appointed. The property was beautiful and peaceful. 5 stars, will recommend and return again. Thank you!

Neil's place was the perfect spot for a family reunion. The house was located within walking distance of local restaurants and shops (or a very short drive) and had a nature walking trail just down the street. Neil clearly put great care into making the home comfortable for guests. It was well stocked and appointed. When we cooked dinner our last evening, there were sufficient plates and cooking supplies - a peeler, wine opener, etc. When it rained, we enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the large dining table with a sufficient number of chairs (lots of cards games). There were plenty of rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. The washer and dryer worked great and he provided the detergent. Will definitely be looking to book Neil's place in the future!

This was a great property for me and party of 10 to just relax and rejuvenate before a big wedding. The highlight was the privacy, completely enclosed backyard with a pool so my girls felt safe & secure. There was more than enough space for all of us to get comfortable. Everything was labeled, which made it so easy to find things and know what we can and cannot use. While the price is a bit steep, it is well worth it if you’re considering hosting a larger group. I am from Syracuse and properties in the suburbs never miss! Thank you Chris.

Carol’s place was beautiful! The pool was a nice bonus and it wasn’t too far from the falls! Carol was seriously, hands downs thee coolest airbnb host I’ve encountered yet!!! She was so funny and engaged when I had questions on how far things were or her recommendations on things to do nearby! I will def be back, if not to stay in her beautiful airbnb it will be to hang out with her!!! Thanks sooo much Carol! My sister and I had a blast and you made it 1000x funner!

This is my families second stay at Bree’s beautiful home for the Christmas week. The family gathers from all different cities and such a perfect spot to come together ! Cozy and spacious , kitchen is well supplied and the views are spectacular. We were so happy to have a white Christmas this year and 6 fox sightings in the yard!! Highly recommend!! Haven’t stayed for the summer season but I can imagine with the pool and hot tub and lake use opportunities it would amazing. Thanks again Tom

Magnificent homestead built in 1855. Beautiful grounds. Loved the animals in the barn. Lovely tennis court and swimming pool. Comfy beds! Martha was totally responsive and helpful. Peaceful and relaxing stay!😊

Our stay at Mike and Tisbe’s was incredible. The home and yard were perfect and the view of the lake and sunset were just wonderful. Mike and Tisbe were always responsive. Highly, highly recommend!!!!

A completely renovated country house on a beautiful plot of land with a great view of Skaneateles Lake. This place has everything you need for a perfect Finger Lakes getaway- a lovely home, deck, pool, sauna... and that view! Really wish we had more time to enjoy it. Thanks for a great stay!

What can I say? The Hilltop Chalet was beautiful! It was private, clean and had everything you could dream of. David and Karen had the best tips and we very responsive. So close to Canandaigua and Naples. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful little cottage and setting on the water!! Kayaks and hot tub were nice extras. To the left you can kayak forever, it’s so peaceful! We’ve never seen so many swans, it was like a movie. Even a deer came to visit us one morning while having coffee on the porch! We had a great stay !

Beautiful lake view. Our weather was not as nice as I hoped but we were able to sit outside and enjoy the water view for some of our stay. Nice to sit in the dining room and look out the large windows with a cup of coffee. Cheryl was very responsive to any questions we had. I imagine the landscaping is beautiful in the summer. We were visiting just as spring was starting so nothing lush or green yet.

We had a wonderful three-night stay at this beautiful lake house in Sea breeze. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of Lake Ontario — especially from the spacious wraparound deck, where we spent mornings with coffee and evenings enjoying the sunset. The deck was perfect for both relaxing and entertaining, with panoramic views that made every moment feel special. Inside, the large, open kitchen with windows facing the lake made cooking and dining a pleasure. The home was spotless and well-maintained, with two very comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom featuring a large, luxurious shower. The living room was cozy and bright, with a large tv. Our host Kristin was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making check-in and communication seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would absolutely stay here again!

Meghan’s house is in a great location. We stayed at Meghan’s house for a concert and she was very accommodating. She had the house ready very early for us and allowed early check in. Close to everything you would need. Would highly recommend staying here. :) Thanks again, Meghan!

We are so happy to have found this rental in Tully, halfway between my family of 5 from Ohio and my sister's family of 4 from Massachusetts! The house and property were beautiful and comfortable. The pictures do a good job showing the house, but it is more impressive in person. Our stay was full of outdoor adventures including hiking, paddleboarding/kayaking, s'mores at the fire pit, and exploring the nearby area. We also experienced wonderful live music: Friday night at Huega's Alpine and Saturday night at Beak & Skiff. Nate & Molly were responsive and helpful during our stay. Nate brought over some extra life jackets so everyone could be on the lake safely together and he also found an item we left behind and offered to mail it. I highly recommend staying at Heron's Landing.

This place was the perfect getaway. If you are looking for a place to stay and enjoy the wineries this is the place. Highly recommended. Would definitely come back if we come down this way again!

Do not hesitate to book this little piece of heaven! We stayed a full week and I didn’t want to leave. The deck and pier provide gorgeous views right on the lake. We spent many, many hours outside enjoying the beauty and peacefulness. Tips: As described, be sure to bring in plenty of drinking water. We drank lots of coffee in the mornings, just sitting on that gorgeous deck. If the stairs make you nervous, try the futon. It was quite comfortable, especially turned 90 degrees. Try to use the back door sparingly (unless you have to lock up). Lots of mosquitoes back there! We mostly used the door that faces the lake. We were relieved to find sunblock and bug spray there. We had forgotten those. You’ll definitely need them. Check out The Windmill (15 min) shops. Also highly recommend Hermann J Wiemer winery just 5 min up the road. Great tasting experience. Make a reservation first on their website.

Everything was perfect. Immaculate. Glad they got A/C installed. Cafe/Bar across street was good food and fun with pool tables. Convenient to Syracuse and Oswego. Great restaurants in all three places. Mimi’s in Fulton has best breakfast. Cinnamon bread, toast, and waffles were my favorite! Thank you Jessica and Dennise for your hospitality. Beautiful spot, modern and clean house. We loved the hot tub, super clean. Nicely designed and decorated house, great views. Bring bug spray if you stay in June, the black flies are intense. Great hosts, would definitely stay here again.

My friend and I were in town for an event...and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The place is lovely! Very clean. Nice kitchen and bathroom... comfy beds. Convenient parking space...and the hosts were very responsive before stay, and very welcoming when we arrived and bumped into them. They helped us stash our bicycles in the garage, which was very kind.

Place is a total gem, can host a group or just have extra space for a couple. Highly recommend booking.
